I recently had an argument with a concrete post & lost & made a mess of the side of my car. I contacted Alpha Rapid & was given a quote that I accepted. The work itself took 4 days & I was given a courtesy car , which was a nice touch. When I collected my car, I actually walked past it! The work was fantastic, the car had been cleaned & there were dust covers all inside. Everyone there was so polite & friendly & I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In the nicest way I hope I don’t see them again, but if anything else happens I will definitely be back!

Had problems with nominated insurer's repair company Contacted Alpha Rapid Repair who collected the car within 24 hours and agreed the works with the insurers after 4 days. Regret I didn't contact them when we had the accident.

Phoned today (New Year’s eve) 31/12/2024 at 09:06 am re offside grating and squealing noise. Took the car in right away as they were available. Every other garage in Ashford were busy/booked up or not available today. Pitstop Garage diagnosed that my car needed new rear brake pads. They phoned for parts and they were fitted straight away. Job completed at 10:07 am. Very efficient and most excellent service. Very much appreciated. Thanks for your help. I thoroughly recommend this garage for car repairs.

There’s not many people I trust to work on my cars but Pete is someone that I do. Probably the worst job I’ve given him was a timing chain on a V6 VW Eos, I’ve seen other garages turn this job down and others attempt and get it wrong. Pete completed this job faultlessly and I count not recommend him enough for any servicing or mechanical needs!

What a fantastic garage. The lady who dealt with my whole very complex repair was brilliant. She kept in touch throughout the repair, dealt with warranty and even helped again when they were being fussy. The repair was done very quickly with them fitting me in as I had a long distance trip coming up. Literally you cannot fault this garage. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly could not recommend this garage enough! I visited them based on a recommendation from a family member. I had previously had some really bad experiences with mechanics and the work that had been undertaken on my vehicle. Phipps did my MOT are were thorough, truthful, transparent and completely honest about what needed doing. They went above and beyond to source parts to fix my car and get it back on the road for me as soon as possible. Such a smooth, quick process and all with a smile on their faces too. To them it's just their job but to me it restores my faith in humanity knowing that there are garages out there who care about the safety of their customers and not just pound signs. The lady on the desk could not have been more helpful with phone calls keeping me up to date, pricing, receipts and just general info about my car and the work! She was extremely informative and her friendly manner really helped ease the stress of my car not passing the MOT and needing yet more work. They even have a few small cars on site that you can hire for the day incase you cannot get lifts to and from the garage and all for a reasonable fee of £15 for the day. 10/10 service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a well run, honest, trustworthy garage!! These guys are the best around!!

Took the wife’s touran in today I do all my own car maintenance and knew it was fairly sound car was impressed with how fast and courteous they are and advised on the the rear tyres which I knew about definitely use these guys again

Nothing But MOTs is the most convenient system I've used. I do most of the maintenance on my vehicles and this system is perfect for that. Very accommodating, allowing me to have my car recovered there after a breakdown late one evening, even though they couldn't do the repair for a few days. As far as I can tell, the repair cost was very reasonable, and I've been using the garage for around 5 years, after receiving several recommendations from friends and family.

They fixed my car within 2 hrs for a problem I had been taking my car to protyre for months. Unsuspecting garage but very good service and reasonable price too.

Used this garage for the first time today following an issue with one of my calipers which limited access to my usual garage due to the distance I'd have to travel. Very happy with the efficiency of the team and also the reasonable costs for the repairs. Upon my first use, they seem honest and trustworthy so I will likely begin to use them for other services rather than travelling to my usual garage outside of Ashford.

I've used Forge Garage for almost 30 years. Initially they looked after vehicles in our company fleet and more recently they've MOTd my private car and family owned cars. Reliable, professional and fair with lots of experience of all makes and models. Would recommend to everyone.
