Lovely little bar, just unfortunate that they allow too many people in at once as the night goes on, which makes it a very uncomfortable place to be. ***edited after the bar responded...I actually thought I had given this 4 stars, not 3. Up until late night, I had no issues with the bar at all, just, as I say, it was unfortunate that it was so busy and no room to move. I will definitely go again, but won't stay as late. Drinks were well priced and the bar staff were great. Toilet's not so great though as unisex environment. I know, I know, you are limited to space so had to set it up this way, but that's just not something I like, I struggled not to stand and sit in pee***
Excellent service Guinness top quality if you ask nicely you can get a clover 🍀 in your drink 🍺. 👍👍
Fantastic cocktail bar in Atherton, beautifully decorated & ran by a professional team. The menu has something for everyone & the managers and staff go above & beyond to give you the best experience. The quality of entertainment is high, they have registered door staff to ensure the safety of customers. They’ve recently expanded the toilet area after listening to what their customers want & are always refreshing the beer garden & interior. I own a neighbouring bar that closes earlier in the evening & I’m proud to send my customers over to The Plaza as I’m comfortable knowing they’ll receive the best service. I highly recommend the Long Island iced tea.
Beautifully decorated cocktail bar with a nod to previous better times of art deco styling. Cocktails are amazing! These staff know what they're doing. Great selection of beers and lagers too! Been in twice in the last few months and enjoyed both visits very much!
