Due to the texture of my hair, it is very difficult to handle, however Fariba the hair stylist provided the best care when I had keratin treatment. Since that moment, I haven't needed to visit another salon. Their product quality is unparalleled. When I took my mom there, she was incredibly satisfied with her hair. Parya, the stylist, did an exceptional job on my mom's hair and provided excellent customer service. My mom was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Salon 11 to anyone who wants to get their hair done. Whether it's a cut, color, or keratin treatment, they deliver the best quality services. I had done a permanent hair straightening (keratin treatment)here one month ago. It was great. This is my third time over here. I always had really wonderful experience. I felt really welcoming and relaxed with experienced professionals.

I had my hair highlighted at this salon about two months ago, and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. Now, after two months, I've come back for a root touch-up, and I'm amazed that the highlights still look as fresh as they did on day one. They haven't faded at all, and I didn't even need a toner. The quality of the work is exceptional. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for long-lasting and beautiful hair colour!

I recently visited Salon 11 ,From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. A special thank you PARI for highlighting my hair as well as cut my hair !! I absolutely love the results, she was listened carefully to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to suit my hair type. It’s also great to know that I can walk in without an appointment and still receive such excellent service.

The girls were about to close but kindly opened up for me to do my hair. Pari was fantastic, very fast and didn’t waste any time. I am really happy with the results, will definitely be going again soon. My hair looks amazing, thank you 🙏🏼
