We needed some furniture hire for a birthday party and we are so pleased to have find Daniel’s company. The service him and his team provided is 5*. Before placing the order, we needed reassurance that what we needed would fit as we planning to use our garden and the fact that Daniel can come out (at a small fee) to come measure and provide his expertise was convenient. It ensured that what we needed for the party would fit and that we had options for anything alternative. The delivery, installation and the removal were seamless. Since they provided a tracking link with a chat functionality, it helps planning your day around the delivery. We had a great party with loads of compliments on the set up. Would recommend Daniel Lay Events anytime.

Always pleased with the service from Daniel Lay. Used them four times now and great to support a local business that is growing more and more each time I see them. All the team are so friendly, helpful. Communication from quoting to delivery/collection is fast and easy. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Daniel Lay and his team were superb. Informative and patient, they worked with us to help order exactly what we needed for our party. The LED cube furniture and light up numbers were of excellent quality and looked fantastic on the night of the party. The delivery and collection tracking app is an excellent help to make sure you are home on the day too. We would highly recommend Daniel Lay Events.

Would highly recommend. Paula at Amber Events organised our wedding reception/garden party for us in July. She is friendly and efficient and engaged with us regularly. She understood the theme we were going for and arranged all the suppliers from stretch tents, lighting, DJ to catering. Paula added zero stress in the run up to the day and on the day itself her and the team were awesome! Everyone has commented on how amazing the day was and several guests have messaged since for details on suppliers. We couldn't have done it without you Paula!

Cannot recommend Amber Events highly enough! I love hosting but when it came to my parents wedding reception in my garden I just knew it had to be special with as little stress as possible and I can honestly say that using Paula & her team was worth every penny! We had plenty of correspondence and meetings with Paula & Jo beforehand to ensure that our vision could come to life, and they offered us lots of great suggestions! We wasn’t a huge event (65 people) but we made sure every space was utilised and the timing of everything was perfect. We used the following services: • Marquee with Lights, Curtains & Dancefloor • Bar & Bar Staff (including made to order cocktails) • Private Chef & Waiting Staff • Table & Chair Hire • Glasses, Crockery, Cutlery etc Hire • Ice • DJ Everyone that came to the house was so respectful, friendly & helpful but most importantly, I had zero stress on the day – even when we thought it was going to rain, Paula was there ready with a backup plan (luckily we didn’t need to use it). And all of our guests commented on what a fantastic day/evening it was. Cannot wait for the next opportunity to use Amber Events again! Thank you so much xxx

Paula and her team were exceptional in helping to plan and execute my son’s 18th party. Paula’s wealth of experience means she can really help you get exactly the vibe and style you want and nothing was too much trouble - she completely took the strain and stress away. Lizzy who ran the bar for us on the night was absolutely fabulous too and loved by all. The whole night was a great, great success. Thank you 🙏🏻

What can I say about Amber Events, other than AMAZING! From the very start we had a good feeling about Paula and Amber Events and knew they would help take the pressure off the big day. But she takes all pressure off from the very start to the very end. Paula has so many ideas at the start of the process and made it clear that she can make it happen. Paula was helping arrange a 40th and made the party the best ever. They arranged all staff, all the entertainment, catering, cocktails, helped arrange the marquee, and just had everything covered. Anything we hadn’t thought of, Paula had. Anything we wanted, Paula made happen. We could not thank her and everyone that worked for Amber Events enough. At the start we did think about trying to arrange the events ourselves, but thankfully we allowed Amber Events to do it. We both enjoyed the party like we were simply guests like everyone else, as Paula took control and managed everything. So if you are thinking “Do I need help with an event?” The answer is YES. And there is only one place I would now go! Could not recommend highly enough!!

After deciding we wanted to elope we started to look into a venue. We came across elope kent on Google. After looking through there website we decide to look at allington castle venue. From the minute we spoke to sam at elope we felt instintatly in safe hands. Sam was amazing and reassured us the whole way through. Our wedding day was truly perfect everything we could have wished for and more. From the cake to the food to the flowers to the photos everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning, the organisation and communication was first class right from the start, we booked it immediately on our first visit. Tania and Sam made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. The castle is so magical and the staff so welcoming going over and beyond our expectations. They were happy to accommodate our requests (we wanted our friend to conduct the ceremony who is a registrar). And to have our dog with us - he had a great wedding day! We had many WOW moments especially in the little details (roaring log fire /home made rose petal confetti / raspberries in our champagne) the elopement team made our day the best! The cake , flowers, decorations and food were exceptional. All our friends and family have loved seeing Fleur’s amazing photographs of our 50 shades of pink elopement at Westenhanger Castle 🏰 . We would highly recommend the elopement service they offer.

WOW! When we decided to have a small wedding we were adamant we didn’t want to compromise on the aesthetic of the day. Sam you are a true visionary. This brand and the women that share their talents to execute bringing together your dream day are truly remarkable. Looking back over the Pinterest board we created, we are in awe at all the small details that were incorporated. Our wedding was perfect! Sam, thank you for answering every pointless question we asked in the months leading up to our big day. Tania, thank you for doing up the hundreds of pearl buttons on my wedding dress and then undoing them again at the end. To anyone looking for something personal and intimate with style in abundance, trust the process and choose Sam. Westenhanger is the opitome of English heritage, we cannot recommend the venue more. We cannot say enough about Team E-Lope; without doubt, they put the "Special" into our Special Day. It genuinely was more than we hoped for. From the initial email to our Wedding Day they made it so easy but also so Wow!!!! Sam, Tania, Fleur, Ruth, Serena, we cannot thank you enough. Your attention to detail is exquisite and your enthusiasm for what you do is infectious. Our cheeks literally ached from so much smiling. You were like an extension of our family and we didn't want to leave! An intimate wedding at Castle Westenhanger with E-Lope is the new way to get married; it's personal, it's so very special and so are the lovely ladies behind it all. If you're reading this because you're contemplating an intimate wedding, just do it, it will be the best decision you make.

The Secret Garden truly is such a gem of a wedding venue, and one of my absolute favourites in Kent! As a wedding photographer myself having an exclusive stunning garden space to shoot is such a big win, especially with it changing so much in every season, with so many different spots to explore and photograph. With that outdoor space for guests and couples to relax in the sun, the fantastic team who'll do anything for their couples, and the epic food. It's one amazing location for weddings that I'd highly recommend!

Kurt and I had our wedding at The Secret Garden on 1 September 2024. From our very first visit to the big day, everything was absolutely perfect. Every single member of the team is so responsive, friendly and reassuring. It just made the whole thing ten times easier to plan, and we could relax completely on the day, knowing everything would run like clockwork - which it did! We never felt like just another wedding couple to them, though. They were so thoughtful and welcoming, and they completely got what we were after. The food was genuinely fantastic. We wanted a really relaxed feel so we went for the BBQ followed by the picnic-y platter in the evening. Everybody told us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. And it was so nice that guests didn't have to pick between the options - there was plenty for everyone! We really can't thank the team enough. We were completely delighted and had the most wonderful day - in huge part down to them. Wow... where to begin. The Secret Garden is THE dream wedding venue!!! The entire process, from the first visit to the day itself, could not have been a better experience. To Amy and Mas especially, thank you so much! You were absolutely incredible and could not have done more to ensure that we had the most special day imaginable. The food is something all of our guests still talk about to this day, particularly our gluten free guests who the venue went out of their way to cater for. From dropping things off the day before, to picking everything up that The Secret Garden team had gathered together the next morning, we couldn't have dreamt of a better venue. David & Meg ❤️

Where do I start? From the open day, we knew the Secret Garden was the perfect place for us—a beautiful English gem. From start to finish, the staff at Secret Garden were exceptional, with a special shout-out to Alisha, who was with us every step of the way. The venue is perfect, and they ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. We received wonderful feedback from friends and family, especially about the food—it was amazing! Everyone left feeling full, with many saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We couldn't have done it without the incredible team. If you're planning a wedding, I 100% recommend visiting the Secret Garden.
