Jodie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we began. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were stunning, the table decorations, the ramp decorations, the lanterns, the aisle and even down to her helping us make a U shaped table possible- was all perfect. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was and complimented her work. Thank you to all at Event Themes by JW for the time spent setting up the on Friday and Saturday and for making the moving of flowers and relaying/ adding bar table’s absolutely seem less! I could literally go on and on about each and every aspect of the day… but I won’t. They truly exceeded expectations and made our dreams come true- contributing to making our wedding day the best day of our lives !

5 stars are not enough! From the day I met Jodie she put my mind at ease! I didn't have a clue where to begin planning a wedding, Jodie patiently sat down with me (and my Pinterest board) and went through everything. Jodie made examples of the centerpieces I had shown her in our colour scheme and they were exactly what we had wanted. Closer to the date Jodie met with myself and my husband and made sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of things we'd forgotten along the way. Throughout the whole process Jodie was never pushy for us to spend more money and worked alongside us with our budget. On the day everything was beautiful and the time and effort spent on every little detail was obvious. I would recommend event themes for any occasion and will definitely be using them again for future events! Thank you!

I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. Had the pleasure of working for Raggy and Boo on new years eve. The evening was at a private residence and looked absolutely amazing, the staff, catering, and music were absolutely on point and I could not fault at all, everyone worked to create a amazing atmosphere for the clients and their guests. We cannot thank Anouska from Raggy&Boo enough, every single element of our wedding was delivered to perfection in her capable hands. No job was too big or too small, she was ready and waiting for our entrance to the venue with a glass of champagne and a smile and was just the most wonderful, calm and competent energy. We really, truly, mean it when we say we couldn't have done it without her and we would recommend her to everyone.

We worked with Anouska on a New Year's Eve party and couldn't recommend her more highly! She had a really clear overarching vision for the evening whilst also being open to suggestions from us. Peapod were amazing and catered a work drinks party in a London art gallery for us. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble and they were also helpful in the lead up to the event and last minute adjustments. Would highly recommend them.

Peapod & Co. provided canapés (simply beautiful; mini works of art) for a small, central London reception and were a delight to work with. One guest described them as 'too pretty to eat, too delicious not to'. Favourites included the salmon and incredibly flavourful Thai chicken tacos.

Michelle is one incredible lady. She dressed our wedding venue with the most gorgeous drapes and hanging Ivy which fitted our themed perfectly, as well as provide a freestanding adjustable frame for a flower wall. Nothing was too much trouble, Michelle is extremely reliable and she is just a lovely lovely human being. She understands it’s a big day for the bride and groom and does everything in her power to make them feel special as well as ensure the decor is exactly how they want it. Lorna is amazing, has everything from table decorations to chair covers, to the sweet cart- which went down a treat! James, the fun photographer with all his props was just fantastic! So relaxed and polite, and was so much fun! Lorna went above and beyond by helping the venue set up and pack down, and moving our centrepieces from the house to the marquee in the evening! Cannot thank Lorna and James enough!

My Husband and I could not recommend Lorna( The wedding package company) enough she did the most perfect job making my wedding look like a dream, she was so helpful in helping pick the perfect decor and she is really lovely and easy to talk to.

We hired Suzanne to organise my little sisters wedding. From the outset Suzanne was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, amazingly organised and clearly passionate about what she does. She took on board all of our ideas and used her experience and expertise to bring these to fruition. She was so much fun and had so many ideas and suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. The day was absolutely beautiful we couldn't of asked for anything better. Everyone was so impressed with the attention to detail and all the little extra touches. Thank you Suzanne we could not have done it without you.

Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event. We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

To have & to hire were recommended suppliers via our wedding venue, I cannot express how happy I am we used them! They took my vision and made it come to life, I can’t even put in to words how stunning the barn looked. It actually took my breath away when I got to the aisle at how amazing it all looked. I have had so many comments from guests about how stunning the barn looked and whether the flowers were real or not! They took so much stress away from someone who likes to be in control 😆 I got to the venue at 9am and they were already up on ladders installing the foliage! To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had.
