We worked with Melanie for our wedding at Came House last year, and can honestly say she is one fantastic woman and the best wedding planner we could have hoped for. She is so experienced and organised, gave great advice throughout whilst listening to all our ideas. Her knowledge of the area and suppliers (as well as all her hard work) really helped to bring our vision to life. This was no easy feat as we had quite a few parts to fit into the weekend, but Melanie made it work! John and the team were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the event. We hired 360 photobooth, lettering and silent disco. Yesterday evening was a Diamond Wedding 60 years Celebration in Lyndhurst. John Smart, the DJ, was absolutely fantastic. The music played was perfectly chosen and really got everybody up dancing. His wonderfully charismatic style, smiling face, celebration announcements and cooperation were more than brilliant. Thank you John for making the evening extra special.

Invite events limited provided us with some light up letters for a party and I couldn’t fault them. They arrived and set up whilst I wasn’t at the venue, which was a nice surprise to arrive too. They picked the best spot to set up and it looked great. They were prompt to collect at the end of the evening. Would highly recommend.

We had our wedding here on June 15 2024 after finding this beautiful venue over a year beforehand when in our initial planning stages. We were initially drawn to the venue by the picturesque grounds and beautiful interiors. After a virtual tour and a face to face visit, we fell even more in love with the place and decided to go ahead and place our deposit. Over the next year, we planned our day which, due to the natural beauty of the barn and grounds, required us to need minimal decorations - we didn't want to distract from the natural features of the barn or the lovely outside areas. Pippa was amazing throughout the whole planning stage, ensuring we were well prepared in the run up to the big day. Her personality and relaxed yet professional attitude shone through during our initial meets and really helped us to reach the decision to use the venue for our special day. Due to the unpredictable British weather, our original plan of being married outside was decided for us - the day before, we made the call to get married inside the barn due to the unwanted rain we were having. Although a little disappointed to have missed out on using the beautiful space outside for our ceremony, it was actually a blessing as our inside ceremony felt more intimate and enabled all of our guests to hear our wedding vows. We still managed to get some great photos later in the day within that beautiful space by the river having taken advantage of some intermittent sunshine. Pippa was around to help set up beforehand and on the wedding day itself, she (and her mum and partner) made the day go smoothly. The turnaround of the venue's indoor space (from ceremony, to wedding breakfast, to evening reception) was seamless and everything was set up to our requests and it looked beautiful. The wedding day itself was just perfect for us despite the on/off rain and Pippa definitely played a part in enabling our beautiful day to go so well. My family and I stayed in the South Wing the night before and night of the wedding. The accommodation was faultless and helped to create that calm atmosphere you need just before your wedding day. Who'd have thought we'd be appreciative of a log fire in June! Using the bridal suite to get ready with my bridesmaids was a real highlight. We all had so much space to do our thing with our hair and makeup artist also being able to set up with ample space, and our photographer able to navigate between us all with ease to get those all important 'getting ready' shots. Some of our guests stayed in the Courtyard the night of the wedding and passed on their comments as to how clean and comfortable the accommodation was. All in all, I would urge anyone to consider the Manor Estate for their wedding venue as not only is it breathtakingly gorgeous, but the help with planning and the support throughout the whole day was impeccable. Pippa really helped to completely eliminate any wedding-stress which allowed for all of us to enjoy such an amazing day together. Pippa - thank you so much for having us for our wedding day. You've helped to create memories that we will all treasure for the rest of our lives together. Thank you also to your mum for helping the bridal party to arrive to the ceremony without getting soaked! Also, thank you to Mr Pippa for his help throughout the day. We had our Wedding at the Manor Estate on August and it was the best day. Pippa is always on hand to set up and take down. During the day she was behind the scenes with the music and changing over of the room. It is the most beautiful venue and we are truly grateful to Pippa and her team! We had a wonderful experience marrying at this venue. We wanted a beautiful setting with exclusive use for the full weekend, the flexibility to choose our catering options and lovely accommodation on site – we got all that and more at Manor Estate. Pippa is a delight to deal with, from the minute I met her I felt relaxed but knew that she would get things done! As it’s Pippa’s own business in her family estate, she really cares and we felt confident we would be well looked after, which we were. We had hoped to have the ceremony outside and although weather didn’t cooperate on the day, Pippa remained flexible and had both indoor/outdoor bars prepped in case there was the opportunity to be outside – which was wonderful when the sun shone after the ceremony for our drinks reception! The gardens are so pretty, there are so many beautiful photo opportunities. There is a good sized list of approved caterers to choose from which meant we had the flexibility to choose what suited us, whilst knowing that the caterers have done previous weddings at our venue. There is lovely accommodation on site (two separate wings), and with exclusive use for the weekend it meant that we could really enjoy the venue with our family rather than it all being over in a day. Being able to decorate the venue the day before really took the stress out of the preparations and Pippa was on hand to help and answer any questions, as she had been since the very beginning, always responsive and helpful. Pippa also went above and beyond helping my work colleagues coordinate a present to be delivered to the venue for us. We couldn’t have hoped for more and would highly recommend this beautiful venue.

When my husband and I initially met with Georgia at MatthewOliver Weddings, there was an instant connection. After a few weeks of initial planning, we had some unforseen circumstances arise and had to stop with proceeding on our planning. Because of their close ties with everyone in the industry, we were able to pull off an incredible destination wedding with ease and in budget. I had an engagement ring ready to go for numerous weeks/months, but I just couldn't find the right moment or scenario that felt special enough. I then came across the proposal experts, and after a short consultation I had a list of 5 or 6 proposal ideas customised for me. They were carefully produced based on our discussion with included prices, descriptions, and pictures. After a couple more conversations we settled on Highcliffe castle, a setting safe from any poor October weather. They decorated the grand hall beautifully, organised an acoustic singer with my chosen song, a photographer, and constructed the scenario to enable the big surprise. My proposal could not have gone better, it was beautiful, we even got the weather so were able to head down to the beach for extra photos. If there is anyone out there wanting to propose, but unsure how you want to do it, eliminate the stress and get in touch with Nadia and Sophia, let them deal with it :)

Nadia has been fantastic in arranging my proposal in very short amount of time and is very flexible to changes and requests. The full set up was done quickly and looked amazing and exactly how I had envisioned it! Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

Amazing service, from initial contact to the end of the wedding the service was incredible. Nothing was too much for them, the chairs, Sashes everything was beautiful. I knew what we were having but was still wowed when I walked into the room. The room was set up the day before and in between the ceremony and wedding brekkie they worked so hard to change the room over and again between the wedding brekkie and evening reception, by the time we were up and had breakfast the following day the room was cleared, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service and beautiful room set up.

This is an excellent company to hire anything wedding or party from! When my partner and I first started wedding planning we didn't like the chairs that the hotel provided (they were normal blue plush chairs - nothing wrong with them just not our style or fit the theme of our wedding) and we didn't like the look of chair covers as we thought it made the chairs look more clunky. So we started researching hiring chairs, we met Luminique at a wedding fair at the Marwell Hotel, and they blew our minds. The chairs were of such good quality and were reasonably priced. The team were wonderful and dropped the chairs in the morning with plenty of time for set up and picked them up on the evening so we didn't need to worry about delivery. As we were getting closer to the wedding I was worried about the chairs holding the weight of my dress as my parents went to a wedding with the same style chairs and they were super uncomfortable, but not these chairs! These chairs are so comfy, and we're able to hold both myself and my large dress with no fuss

We had a bulb plank, fairy lights on the ceiling and fairy lights on the back wall- it made the venue look so magical. I recently organised a surprise 30th birthday weekend for my boyfriend at Abbotstone Farm House, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The team at The Grange were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything remained a surprise. Communicating with Tara was a pleasure—she was always efficient and responsive, and no question or request felt too big or small. The thoughtful welcome hamper was such a lovely touch and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The stay itself was amazing. Abbotstone Farm House is warm, charming, and beautifully homely, with plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy meals together. We were fortunate to catch some late summer sun, which meant we could make full use of the tennis court, private pool, and the estate’s extensive grounds. The evenings were cool enough to light the fires, which added an extra element of cosiness to our stay. There are a number of great activities available around the estate to choose from, but in the end, our group opted for the cider-making and tasting workshop. Fred and Patrick expertly guided us through the whole process, from picking apples and pressing them for juice to explaining how cider is made and letting us sample some of their own creations. They were both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, making the experience a highlight of the weekend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I can confidently say, on behalf of all our friends, that we highly recommend staying at Abbotstone Farm House. Whether you’re planning a family gathering or a weekend away with friends, this place is a fantastic choice—we're already looking for an excuse to return!

The Grange was the first venue we viewed and, from the moment we arrived, we knew that this would be the place where we would celebrate our wedding! Julia made us feel so welcome from our first meeting and, throughout the planning process, we were incredibly well looked after by the whole team. Tara was brilliant in helping us to fine tune the wedding weekend - we booked all of the on-site accommodation to allow our family, plus the bridesmaids and groomsmen to celebrate with us for the whole weekend, which was the best decision ever! A separate review for the accommodation will follow. They also recommended amazing suppliers, such as Becka Cooper (our joyful caterer who is a certified culinary genius) Ward-Brown (our incredible and fun-loving photographer who captured the attached photos), Wildbunch (our wonderful floristry team who made the most spectacular floral arrangements), Whitwams (who used thoughtfully arranged lighting and sound to bring the Grange to life) and Allens (who provided the pristine table linen and beautiful crockery and glassware). Now, for the wedding day! The emotion I felt when our vintage bus bumbled along the driveway and we got our first glimpse of the Grange is difficult to put into words, but (as cheesy as it sounds) it was a dream come true. When we arrived, Julia, Tara and Amanda were waiting with glasses of fizz and beaming smiles. The two years of teamwork had paid off! 💞 Throughout the wedding reception, all three wonderful ladies were mingling with our guests, attentively looking after us all and ensuring everything went smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives all day and night. They even gave us a personalised card and a bottle of The Grange sparkling wine! They also captured their own wonderful footage, which they made into a reel for us to enjoy when we woke up the next morning. Right up until Midnight, the whole team waiting staff, lead by Amanda, were kind and attentive to all of our guests. We have had so many compliments since the wedding about the Grange team and their attention to detail, warmth and friendliness. They have also been described by multiple guests as ‘the best looking staff team’ they have ever seen! We honestly feel as though we have gained a new family since we booked our wedding two years ago, the Grange experience is like no other and we will be forever grateful for it! ✨

Absolute perfection-- we LOVED our stay in the charming Clock Tower. Gorgeous and easy location, excellent amenities (great window treatments for letting in the sun or closing for privacy, very comfortable beds, crisp linens, full fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, well-stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms with giant tub or rainfall shower), and everything you need for a short or long visit. There is so much to do in the area, and coming back to the apartment at night under the stars was magical. Tara and her team were so proactive and welcoming: definitely 10/10. They even provided welcome treats and local recommendations for children. It was the best stay of our whole trip. Thank you for a wonderful time-- the kids are asking to come back for a longer stay as soon as possible!

We hired the Lake House Cottage for a strategy away day, evening and stay over. The space worked perfectly for both the group strategy sessions and social side in the evening. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the surroundings serene and calm, perfect for stepping back, building trust and discussing the future. The team at The Grange were excellent, the food delicious and the break was an overall huge success, I can’t recommend this venue more highly. Ed W
