A friendly, helpful and professional business. We took our Dog here for 5 years before moving away and every interaction was positive, including the two serious procedures they undertook. The pet plan is a great product and I would throughly recommend.
Efficient yet warm reception staff. Clear communication with vet during consultation resulting in proactive handling of stressed our/defensive cat in order to get the necessary seen to.
We live in Durham and had to visit the practice with our dog Archie while away on holiday. Everyone I spoke to from the receptionist who answered the phone, the nurse I spoke to on the phone and the vet were brilliant. They were helpful, very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were made to feel very welcome. I would recommend the practice 100%
Booked for my dog to have a laparoscopic spay as it isn’t offered by my registered vet. The pre-procedure, procedure and post procedure were all excellent. Totally unrelated to the spay my dog was unwell just before one of the post procedure follow ups, the team at Oakham Veterinary Hospital were faultless in their assistance and treatment.
I took our little Ted for castration, he came back super happy and relaxed, his wound was very neat, he healed very quickly with no issues at all. Thank you so much for looking after our special boy.
