Towerwood Vets provide a fantastic service. I have my dog registered at the practice and I would never go anywhere else. The vets are knowledgeable, caring and explain everything in a reassuring manner. The nurses are also excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The staff are always welcoming and it is very easy to get an appointment, whether pre-booked or emergency. The Practice is very transparent with cost and offer the Pet Plan which is very cost effective. I really trust them with my pet and they always provide such a brilliant service. Edit - Towerwood have just done a complex surgery on my pet, Bertie, and they were amazing. From start to finish they have been so supportive and cared for my Frenchie as if he’s their own. They are truly brilliant.

Knowledgeable and helpful vets practice, I did the puppy program which was excellent and then signed up to the monthly plan for our dog covering check ups and regular worming / flea treatments. Works well and nice to have the cost spread across the year rather than a bill I have to pay each time

Review from our visit in October. We managed to get a last minute appointment to see the Vet with our poorly hamster. Unfortunately she had to be put down but the Vet we saw was very compassionate and allowed us time to say goodbye which was much appreciated by my daughter. We also got a sympathy card through the post the following week which I thought was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

The service at Horsforth vets is always exceptional. It’s clear that their highly skilled and personable team are true animal lovers. We continue to go here even after moving from the area.

Since moving vets this is the first time I have had to bring one of dogs. He is usually a very nervous dog but right away, we were met by friendly staff who put ourselves and Archie at ease. This was continued when we met the vet who made archie feel comfortable, didn't try to push products on us, explained possible treatments and costs, and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We ledt feeling like even the vet had Archies best interests in mind opposed to trying to rack up the highest bill. Best vets visit since he was a pup, now he's 8! Would definitely recommend.

First time using them and will definitely continue to do so. Looks a bit shabby but very good service. Vet very friendly and informative

The compassion and dignity my cat mittens received was wonderful. The care given whilst under the current climate has been second to non. (The same for the yeadon branch too) thanks for everything you have and continue to do for our pets.mittens a few weeks ago before he became too poorly 😢

The nurse was very caring towards my cat and tried her best to put her at ease. Then she was seen by the vet and I learnt something new ,I felt she had a thorough check over and all i went for was flea treatment . I was really pleased with the care she had received.

From the moment I walked through the door with my cat I was so impressed by receptionists efficiency, the vet that triaged my cat and the vet that subsequently helped me. On leaving the receptionist went through everything in detail. I cannot thank them enough.

Recently registered my dog with this practice and have been impressed with the friendly and helpful nature of the staff here. Have been happy to answer and find out answers to the many questions I've had regarding my dog travelling abroad and have been able to book appointments with ease. No long waiting list here which has been ideal. Thank you for all your help so far!

I have been bringing my pets here for over 15yrs when my old vets shut down, staff are lovely, prices are reasonable. I live about 30/40 mins away but will travel for the right care

Lovely caring service

We visited yesterday, BH Monday, our dog isn't registered here. I'd call 2 other surgeries & was quoted £170 & £288 just for a consultation 👀 Fortunately these guys were open, as usual & we paid £47.50 for a consultantiion with Dr Wetsi. I'm pleased to say that overnight, his blockage is no more, thank you 🙌 Vincent decided to chew & eat a branch whilst in the garden

Nice calm and clean veterinary surgery with polite and welcoming staff. We had our Bengal neutered and microchipped here followby 2 check up appointments. They have a seating area just for cat owners and their pets to keep away from dogs which is very helpful plus calming sprays if required.

Fantastic vets, the staff all so welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The surgery is clean and spacious and has areas for dogs and cats rather then sitting in same space. Which helps reactive or nervous pets. The receptionists are lovely and very knowledgeable about services offered. Pricing seems fair for the pricing if vets nowadays.
