We visited in an emergency when our cat had been injured. Our usual vet couldn't treat him and sent us to this clinic. He sadly passed away, but the vet taking care of him was incredible, she was very honest and considerate of our feelings and our cat's best interests. She let us stay with him as he was put asleep, and the practice provided a free service of paw prints, card, and a tuft of his fur. We had initially left these behind when we were a little overwhelmed with our pet's passing, but they kept hold of them, and let us pick them up three/four days later. There was a minor issue of testing being ran (at the direction of the initial vet we took our cat to), but the staff were understanding and didn't charge us for those. Thank you to this practice, they really helped keep us calm and reassure us during a difficult time.
Sherrifs Highway Vets offer good quality reliable vet medicine but are expensive. I was grateful for advice about mobile Vets for euthanasia my beloved old dog at home, which was as good an experience as possible and £200 cheaper!
