They are all so friendly from reception, nurses and vets. I always feel confident that my cat is looked after, thank you so much xx

My cat knows his own mind, and he knows that he DOESN’T like vets. He’s been very roughly treated in the past by other practices - pinned down, scuffed, wrapped in towels like a burrito by nurses and he fought like a bear - he remembers! It wasn’t like that last night at Abbey House Kippax. Yes, he was nervous, he hissed and grumbled but he was spoken to kindly, stroked and cajoled throughout by the lovely vet. I was explained her thought processes throughout, possible diagnoses, meds, tests, etc and when he’d had enough - it was quickly back in the box ‘so we don’t upset him’. A relatively painless procedure. He returns next week. I’d highly recommend Abbey House Kippax.

Friendly and professional staff, always fantastic with our dogs.Abby house is a little bit more expensive than some vets but Worth paying that little bit more for their excellent service and care.

All staff have been amazing for both our dog and cat over the last year. So friendly and considerate whilst we unfortunately had to have both put to sleep after cancer diagnosis. Huge thank you to everyone!

The receptionist and vet were both very kind and professional, we had a friendly greeting as soon as we walked into the building and the vet was so caring and gentle with our puppy. Very pleased with the overall service and conditions of the practice.
