Many vets get a bad press for over recommendations of treatments etc. this surgery is honest straightforward and does not. The animals are very well looked after. The vets are fantastic at explanations of any medical issues. Taking time to explain.

I was too hasty when i left my last review.my dog charlie has been ill for a while but she had to be put down today. She was 13 and a half so quite old for a female rottie. From the receptionist to the vet Holly and her assistant they were absolutely brilliant. They handled my devastating situation with complete professionalism and we're so caring. Thanks guys for all you did today.x

The staff here are so kind, considerate, and really care about the animals they treat. It speaks volumes that after my puppy was spayed, she was actually excited to go back in and see the staff there a week later for her check up! They're very careful and well trained, and my dog utterly loves the vets, nurses and receptionists alike. So glad we registered here! I've included a belly up photo to show how well her scar healed, and a post op on the day photo.

Although from Dorking, we chose to travel over to Bookham, as Charlotte (Vet) was based there this evening, as our dog needed asap appt. Charlotte is a young great vet and we would highly recommend. Jerry our dog is such a nervous dog and she was amazingly caring and efficient . Jerry dog would high 5 Charlotte too đŸ!!

We first used this veterinary clinic when my daughterâs hamster needed care and eventually had to be put down. In 2018 we joined their membership scheme after we got our 8 week Norfolk Terrier puppy. Even through lockdown their vets and services have been outstanding, the vets genuinely seem to be passionate about animal care and appointments are never rushed, all questions and/or concerns are dealt with in a sympathetic yet professional manner, itâs clean, welcoming and modern. The membership is great for discounts on regular treatment/jabs and although Brelades may be slightly more expensive, I wouldnât consider going anywhere else. They also have 24/7 emergency available.

We've used Brelades in the past and with our new fur baby puppy have gone back to them to register her. Always receive a warm welcome as you enter and the Vet we have seen is just lovely, she's very patient with the dog and us and happy to answer any questions we've asked. We have signed up for their monthly pet care plan which we felt would be a good idea but asides from routine treatments we are hoping not to have to call upon them for anything else.

Mostly though the really important thing is they are genuine when it comes to love of your pets ! not apparent at a lot of practices these days ! First visit. Very impressed with the vet, they had time to talk to you about your pet and was in no way pushy, they were kind compassionate and understood that not everyone has ÂŁ1000 for every vet visit. They have your petâs interest a yours at heart . Would highly recommend

I've always had first class service from Ash Barn Vets, the staff are wonderful. They know me and Margot and that Margot hates being at the vet but they treat her with professionalism and kindness. I usually get to see the same vet who's fantastic but if I don't, I've still received excellent treatment.

I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Maxâs life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldnât have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. Thank you to Andy and the team for helping me make the difficult but right decision at the end.

I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Canât thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything youâve done then and today. We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us ÂŁ3000 and wouldnât budge and we wouldnât have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

This Vets is by far the best I have been to. They genuinely want to help and are mindful of cost. My last vets in Caterham were so money orientated it became quite awkward. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff here. Always willing to help. A genuine vets willing to go the extra mile

Simply incredible care from all the team at Anwell. After a poor experience from another vet we came here & so glad we did. Looked after a very poorly Greyhound so well. Talked me through all the tests needed & upfront with very reasonable costs. After an X-ray it was clear that she had an incurable tumour. Greg was incredible with his compassionate way of dealing with both us & the way we had to have her put down. Made a horrendous time as smooth & peaceful as it could have been. I would highly recommend Anwell to anyone.

after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didnât seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I donât usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if sheâs anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, itâs so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

Nicola Donnelly is a phenomenal vet and easily one of the best I've encountered in 30+ years of pet ownership. Goes the extra mile and then some, genuinely caring and extremely knowledgeable. Takes her job seriously while being warm and approachable and always has time to explain complex topics etc. She (as well as the kind admin/nursing staff) is the reason I stayed with this practice, despite my moving out of the area.

So I got a kitten! The first thing I thought was, I need to get my cat checked by a vet to ensure he's healthy due to being rejected by his mother very young. I chose Lynton because I'd visited the practice with a friend for their pet and remembered how much I liked that practice from that visit. I registered, I scheduled his first jab, I got him petplan and joined the let health club! Lynton Vets also helped me with this. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice of vet, the staff are all amazing friendly, helpful and kind. There is limited parking available, very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely large, clean and tidy with a separated waiting area for both cat and dog owners. The staff are very happy to answer questions to help you understand what you need to know. I give Lynton 5 stars for my personal experience and I think you will too if you visit this lovely animal care practice! Here's a pic of my little fur baby for all you cat lovers out there đ»

Always feel welcomed and my doggies are very well cared for. High praise for Lynton Vets Woking. I've read some of the reviews, and I've had my beloved elderly cat put to sleep at Lyntons a few years ago. They were so kind and caring and they didn't ask for payment straight afterwards. I went in a couple of days later and paid after my grief had settled down.
