I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for their honesty, reliability, and genuine care for their patients. We've always had Nigel Young as our vet for my dog, and he is incredibly kind and gentle with her. She loves visiting him, which says a lot about how comfortable he makes her feel. The team is not only knowledgeable and experienced in medical care but also well-versed in the bureaucratic process of exporting a pet to another country. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide!

My mother doesn’t speak English very well, I always come in to translate and the vets and receptionist always take their time for me, so I can translate.

The facilities are clean, and well looked after! They have had a revamp and all the rooms look super new and done up!

I see a few comments regarding parking, I never fail to find parking. Either outside the vets or on the roads. Not sure why people are complaining, is not the vets fault you can’t find parking!

Very impressed with the service I get here. Max is now 15, he’s a bit old bless him. But we always come here and get the best service!

A very delayed review but my dog was with Arden House from when she was a puppy all the way to her passing. Needless to say it was a traumatic experience to say goodbye but I’ll always remember how kind the staff were, the fact they were so empathetic and patient in a very vulnerable moment. I’d like to say thank you to the team once again and appreciate them always finding time for us.
