Excellent care and service and not just for pets. I checked-in and was struggling to talk due to a heavy cold. As a pleasant surprise I was offered a hot mint tea to sooth my symptoms. I would not hesitate to recommend Paxtons.

The team at Clifton Road are approachable, friendly & have a lot of patience. My Cleo has been cared for by them for the last 7 years & even our little Rosie when she was alive. Thank you for your service & love x

Great service from reception as usual - really appreciated being seen early for my cat's annual check up this afternoon. Vets have always been caring and understanding, and today was no different (thanks Joe). Keep up the great work all!

All the staff here are lovely and you can tell they really care about the animals they see. We found a visibly unwell stray cat hiding in our garden and took her in to get a check up and some treatments and everyone has been super nice and really helpful. I want to especially thank Louisa, Eliska and Cat for doing everything they have over the last few days, and I'm sure we'll be in again very soon with a much more healthy cat thanks to everyone here! 🙂

At last I have found a brilliant vets. Friendly atmosphere, staff, and vet called Jo. Loopy was put lovingly at ease. All questions were answered clearly and professional with great kindness. Thank you.
