Very helpful and friendly staff. Always have whatever we are looking for! Such a larger selection than the store in Canterbury. We always buy our fish/shrimp here, along with our supplies for our cats and dog. The pick n mix for the dog is always freshly topped up. Plus they have a variety of rodents, guinea pigs and rabbits which have great enclosures, clean and healthy. This is the only store I use now.

Low on the items that I needed. The animals there looked well cared for and clean. Although didn't look at fish. The vets up stairs are helpful and friendly. They have always been very supportive with all my pets.

We bought a rabbit at the weekend from the Whitstable store & Frankie was brilliant. She gave us lots of advice and showed us exactly what we needed. Our new bunny is now settling in nicely and we will definitely be going back to the Whitstable store for all his future needs!
