The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, Craig the vet was very good at explaining the issues and how best to make my cat better. He was caring and really helpful. He didn't rush us and made us feel at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend him to others. Thank you

Friendly and professional service received as I always do from here. This time was for a prescription enquiry. Thankfully (in the sense of my cat staying well and injury free) I don't have to visit very often and it's mostly routine checkups, but every time I do, the service is impeccable 😁

Vets for Pets-Canterbury Sturry Rd practice is both very personable and professional. Reception staff were excellent. Craig, the vet, was very professional and friendly. The manner in which my cat was handled during the session was very gentle and I have never seen my cat so 'chilled'. The check-up she had was explained in detail and in an easy to understand manner.
