Our rabbit was very poorly. Reception staff were fantastic and upfront about costs. George the vet was incredibly knowledgeable about rabbits, probably the most expert we've met. Lovely place, staff, environment and particularly knowledgeable about exotic pets. I know my animals are in safe hands.

I have used Faversham Vets for 6 years for all of my animals and I wouldn't trust anyone else. The vets, nurses and reception team go above and beyond to make sure my pets have the best quality of care and attention. Service is exceptional and I can always get an appointment and never have any issues. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do.

We cannot praise Faversham Veterinary Clinic highly enough. Every member of the team is kind, compassionate and understanding. Our three dogs are seen regularly and the care they receive is exceptional, plus they get lots of cuddles too! You are made to feel so welcome and you know your dogs are going to receive the best treatment. Everything is explained in detail, which, as an owner is all that you need to put your mind at rest. I couldn't imagine taking our dogs anywhere else.

Faversham veterinary clinic are amazing. They show care and love for all of our animals. They always do their best for each individual pet. They are supportive and helpful especially in difficult times. The whole team are friendly and professional. Our pets are so lucky to have such wonderful care.

Faversham Vets continue to look after my cat, Millie, offering quality care and personalised service. The team are friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help - the fuss they make over Millie is always appreciated . The VIP plan means that my indoor car gets regular claw clips and all parasite control - I even get reminders to apply it! Thank you, all.

Vets4pets Sittingbourne were absolutely amazing with my dog today. He went in for neutering I was very anxious and so was he. They completely put my mind at ease with whatsapp updates and treated him with the upmost care and respect. He is now home resting. From the reception staff to vets they are so professional and friendly I can't thank them enough.

Lovely caring staff who are easy to talk to. I feel heard and respected during consultations. My reactive cat also doesn't react negatively to them, despite what is wrong with him, which tells me a lot. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having some drama with doggo, not the sort of stroke that he enjoys. Anyway, Sid, the very was fantastic. She's very friendly and clear in how she deals with people. The reception are a bit slow, but the overall vet experience is still 5 star.

I've never used this vets before, I lost my boy Ted a Yorkshire terrier in February 24 not even 11 years old and he was so fit! I said like most I'll never get another as it broke my heart losing my best friend 😔 I was not always confident with the vet I was using for him till his very last day (no names mentioned) I put a post on Facebook for recommendations for a vet in Sittingbourne as I'd organised the adoption of a new puppy girl 'Charlie!' ...90% of recommendations were Sittivets! Within three days of picking her up she got ill! I rushed her to Sittivets with no phone call ahead I was scared something was seriously wrong with her, and after googling her symptoms, It was an emergency visit, I found the staff to be very caring, friendly and helpful... They examined Charlie and gave her an antibiotic injection and some medication...she is now fully registered with them... Thank you to all the staff for seeing her so promptly 👌

Lovely building, love the segregated area for cat owners so they can get some peace. Price was a little high, but that's vet's for you unfortunately. But my cat is well again and staff and service was very good.

We trust Vanya more than anything with our boys. She is fantastic and always knows the best thing to do. We have been through a lot with our poor dog who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and the team at well pets, Vanya & Molly in particular, have been unbelievably understanding and patient. Our boy was diagnosed over a year ago and we were told he would have 9 months - a year but he is still going strong and I truly believe that is through the amazing help and care of this lovely surgery. Exceptional service for my 2 dogs We returned to Wellpets after receiving awful service elsewhere

We visited Fern Cottage for the first time today with our springer. The vet was amazing and gave us such reassuring advice regarding care of our dog. The whole experience from reception through to veterinary consultation was excellent. We will definitely be joining this practice - best I have ever encountered.

Casey, one of the nurses is absolutely brilliant! The staff all seem lovely but Casey is by far the nicest nurse I've ever dealt with at any surgery. She listens to any concerns, handles the cats gentley and genuinely is just a joy to chat to. Thank you! I've had some bad experiences in the past with other vets but this one is great! The only advise I would give people thinking of using this vets is make sure you leave in plenty of time as sometimes parking can be a little tricky (street parking) :)

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

I can’t speak highly enough about this vet practice. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Nurses and vets are caring and provide the best advice and five star treatment. I wouldn’t take my dog Nellie anywhere else. The most genuine place.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

The whole team at Wigmore Vets couldn't have been more helpful. The Vet Lydia understood our cat's problem and dealt with it professionally. She explained the treatment plan clearly. Both the vet and nurse were sympathetic and kind. Special mention also to Sarah and Karen on reception who were friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Carol Harbour

All my Family that have or have had pets, have used this Veterinary practice. They are always professional and the Staff are friendly and will listen to us Owners to get our views on the care and treatment of our pets. They also offer an annual membership Healthy PetScheme which can make regular worming and de-fleaing etc, a little cheaper.

The staff are always friendly, helpful and nothing is too much. They have been amazing with my dog and have gone over and above to ensure she is well. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you

Gave 5 stars but wouldn't say I "loved it" as the results of the blood tests and examination on my cat were not good as I had to have Lucy put to sleep. But all the staff have been very thoughtful and caring. lf I get another companion animal I would us Wigmore Vets

Came in on Sunday due to our miniature dachshund Gracie being in allot of pain with IVDD. She had lost the use of her back legs after a long journey with IVDD having operations and conservative rest. We came to a decision to sadly put her to sleep due to her ongoing battles with pain and paralysis it wasn’t fair on her to keep suffering. Mead are not our usual vet’s but she was in so much pain and discomfort we had to do something that night. The receptionist was very helpful and told me everything we needed to know as we had never gone through this before, and the vet lady was very understanding kind and patient with us especially knowing how sad we were, she let us have as much time with Gracie as we wanted and spoke through everything she was going to do. Was a very emotional day but I cannot thank your veterinary practice enough in helping us with our beloved Gracie whom is no longer in pain, we will miss her very much and will soon be picking up her ashes from yourselves so she can be at our home protecting us when the front door goes with her little growl. We have been using this vets for over a year and they are always so wonderful. Our Maine coon needed Entropion surgery and a complicated neutering and surgeon Luis was amazing, the after care was so good. I have every faith the staff really care about all pets that come through the doors. We visited today for Booster jabs and as always the cats were fussed over and we are put at ease straight away. Thank you for a 1st class experience everytime.
