We needed to get our little Lurcher Luna Spayed, we found The Manor Veterinary surgery on the Net We phoned and actually got a human that actually answered the phone in less than a minute. We inquired how much the price would be, it's was over a hundred pounds less than our old vets. We booked her in and she went in for her Op. We couldn't be happier with her treatment and after care. But what impressed me the most was the waiting room was separated for dogs and cats, lowering anxiety of both owners and their Pets. Brilliant service by people who obviously love animals Thank you & keep up the great work

I couldn’t recommend Manor vets at Chatham highly enough, from the fantastic vets to the wonderful caring and understanding nurses and staff. They’re an amazing team who go above and beyond. If you are looking for the best treatment for your beloved pet then look no further. I could go on and on singing their praises. A big thank you to the whole team.

Amazing vet clinic. Super clean, staff friendly and efficient. Even my very snobby dog liked the vet. Don’t try to send you home with anything you don’t need and prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend taking your pets to them.

The vets was amazing! They were the only vets around that had the second vaccination to what my breeders told me to get Came in and the reception loved my puppy Rosie haha, she wanted a cuddle and had a lovely chat Then met the vet person himself, full of information, really interesting things, also done health check on Rosie which was all good Overall, so much information, but amazing visit ! Thank you so much 🐶😁 has been an amazing experience and would recommend! Wished I known sooner as this would be my main vets haha but who knows I might switch

John and his staff have looked after Bella and Tilly for over 6yrs now and I truly would not take them anywhere else! Caring, professional, reasonably priced and damn bloody good at what they do!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We get the best care and the VIP club makes it really affordable. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else!

I particularly appreciated the way the reception staff understood the difficulties that I faced with the co-ordination of my appointments and found ways to make them as easy as possible.

Took my beautiful 15 year old cat in yesterday and they were so wonderful, sensitive and caring, they talked me through every step and they allowed me to say my goodbyes, never rushed me and they were just absolutely wonderful! My beautiful cat purred till her last breath and I cannot thank them all so much for their love and kindness towards myself and my girl, such a wonderful vets and I couldn’t recommend any higher! They are truly amazing people! Thank you for all your support

We have been very lucky to have this vet close to us and they have always provided excellent care for our four cats including directly, through referring and through helping with tests. I was compelled to write a review after 8 years however because we had to make the very hard decision to have our cat put to sleep after a very sudden illness and Vicky was a fantastic support during this time. She did what she could to make the process calm and reassured me throughout. They also arranged for the cremation and saved me a little clipping of fur and paw print to keep which has meant the world. Whitstable Bay also liaised with a specialist vet to ensure that they had all the right info to provide us and to help us understand what was happening. They have always helped with any concerns that our cats have presented with including eye conditions, weight loss and we have never felt judged about how we treat our cats (one of ours is very anti-brush/groom and does get very matted and the nurses have supported us with this at times).

Having been accepted with a 13 year old dog with terminal heart problems, can’t fault the care and compassion shown by the vets and all the staff. The way the at home PTS was handled will always warm my heart. So no question where our new rescue (Penny) would be registered. Three years on, we have recommended many, even though we have to travel 9 miles to get to the vets, would not consider changing. My only concern is over the new booking system “PetsApp”. My dog hates all vets but Vicky was great with her. They don't rush you and provided additional advice above what I came in for. Lea is also extremely helpful both via email and when in the practise. Thank you for taking care of my dog!

Adam, Vicky and their team are absolutely amazing. They have two of our dogs on pet plans and are amazing with them. They have also recently helped us say farewell to our other dog. Everyone who dealt with us was amazing and empathetic, nothing was to much to ask and they are without a doubt the best vets any where. Thank you for all you do and thank you for helping us through a tough time. Special thanks to Vicky and Emily who were so amazing, to the point that Emily stayed with our dog until Treasured Friends collected her. We are forever grateful.

All the reception staff are so helpful on the phone and when I take my dog. The vets and the nurses are fantastic. Always feel very welcome and informed. Like a family practise. Highly recommend Bourne.

Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Lovely vets, easily accessible with a very clean and calm reception are. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful and the vet was very knowledgeable and great with my new puppy

On Monday I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Barney as he had reached the end of his life. It was a very hard decision to make. However, it was made easier by the kind care and guidance provided by the vet Dr Oliver Daniels from Silver Gate Vets, who helped us handle the sad process. Also for arranging everything with Di and Kat from Barnshaw Pet Crematorium. I appreciate the gentle way they collected Barney immediately afterwards and dealt so thoughtfully with his cremation. I am forever grateful for their services.

Last week, Wednesday 1st February we had to make the gut wrenching decision to send our 18-year-old cat to heaven after a short battle with cancer. We had already decided that we wanted at-home euthanasia so that our cat Fudge was peaceful and in familiar surroundings. Oli went through the process step by step so that we were aware of the changes that may happen during the process and what to expect. He made sure to let us know exactly what was happening and reassured us that we were making the right decision. Even down to the details of his cremation such as where he was going and who would be doing it. Ensuring us he would be taken care of during his final journey. What was supposed to be a stressful and traumatic experience was turned into a quiet and peaceful send off for our cherished family cat. And for that, we thank you.

Oli came along to my home at very short notice, when it was time for my little cat Mae to be put to sleep . She hated the vets and I didn’t want to put her through that . Oli was so brilliant - kind, professional and respectful . I was dreading the whole thing, but his manner helped to make it all go calmly and smoothly . Thank you Oli 😌

Cannot recommend enough. The thought of having to take our beautiful Tilly to the vets (which she hated) for her final moments was awful but she had deteriorated so quickly and on a bank holiday Monday we thought we might not have any choice. The decision was incredibly hard but Silvergate made the whole process stress free. Tilly was at ease the whole time and it was just as though she had drifted into a peaceful sleep, comfortable in her own home, loved and with her family which is all we could have asked for her. Thankyou for making our final moments with her so peaceful.

An outstanding & compassionate service. Our elderly dog needed an emergency vet & from the first phone call to the latest visit we have never felt more at ease or listened to. Due to her age we have had to see vets quite frequently & John and his team are the best you could ever hope for. You truly see the personal touch and the love for animals that chains don't offer. Even for end of life care we could not go somewhere else. The pricing structure is very reasonable and test results explained so well. I will be recommending these vets to everyone we know. A hidden gem and we are so thankful to have found them.

Great service and great vets. John and Saba were so attentive with my girl and kept checking up every day before and after her surgery. They were both so kind and answered all my questions. John and Saba were absolutely amazing with our recent tragic and unexpected loss of our cat Bella. John saw us without hesitation and spent 1hr with us 10:30pm to 11:30pm Friday night. He administered multiple medications and pain killers to make Bella more comfortable over night. We then called John and Sabba out for a home visit on Saturday morning when we had to make the devastating decision to put Bella to sleep. John and Saba dealt with Bella and us with great compassion and we can’t thank them both enough for their kindness and efforts to make Bella as comfortable as possible and to allow us to say goodbye to Bella at home rather than having to take her into the practice. We shall be forever grateful ❤️ xx

I am very happy with the treatment my dog has received at Canterbury Veterinary Surgery. She was diagnosed a year ago with heart failure, and thanks to the care and treatment she has received from Peter and the team she is still enjoying life. I'm so pleased that she is receiving treatment here, well worth the journey from Deal!

Very quick, thoroughly explained everything and possible outcomes from surgery. Got Willow in within 15 mins of consultation and operated. Quick action has probably saved her eyesight. Now on the road to recovery.

Thank you for taking such good care of our dog for her neutering operation yesterday and giving her all the love in advance to keep her settled - it’s lovely to know your staff took it in turns to cuddle her as she didn’t want to go in a crate! Peter and his team were expcetionally amazing with customer service knowledge and expertise !! I would highly recommended them so much love and care for the animals and my pup was in the best of hands had an operation we were worried anxious and they all reassured me and promised she will be fine ! Thankyou so much to the amazing team at swale barn vets for giving our Lola the best possible care today! We were so worried about her having to go under anaesthetic being an older dog but Radu was so reassuring and talking us through the whole process. He then kept us up to date once she had come round and explained exactly what he had done and through the aftercare process too! So informative and put me at ease knowing our Lola was in being cared for by such a great team! Highly recommend ⭐️

Wonderful vet he was honest, caring, gentle and kind to my dog during the examination. He explained everything to me clearly. I rang because I was concerned about my dog and although they were closing at 12 oclock they fitted us in and did not rush the consultation even though it was past closing time. The receptionist was very nice and caring as well. Wonderful vet highly recommended by me and my boy 🐕 .

I've not long joined Swale Barn Vets, but so far my experience has been nothing less than fab. Everyone is so caring. I love that they are a properly Vet run practice and not a corporate company run practice that are everywhere these days, this is why I chose Swale Barn. I recently called at short notice as my cat Binx was not himself and off his food, and although there were no appointments they fit him in there and then. The vet, Jane, noted straight away that Binx was a stressy cat, and did everything she needed to do calmly but as quickly as she could so I could get him home ASAP. He was booked in the next day for dental work, i was given an estimate prior so i knew what it would cost. I received a call after the op talking me through the whole procedure and aftercare. They even made sure he was ready for me to pick up early as I was going out that evening. I highly recommend Swale Barn to anyone looking for a caring vets who put the animals and their families first.

Visited today, at short notice and was so impressed by the caring and gentleness of the vet and the lovely kind receptionist too. They treated my cat with such care and softness - l was really shocked - our last visit to Pets At Home was awful. Would highly recommend this lovely practice 100%. Thankyou!

Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

I've been using Trinity Vets for the last two years for my cats. They're always lovely and helpful, listen to my concerns and fit us in same day when they have an issue. Staff genuinely care about animals and it shows! Really recommend.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.
