Jo is the best vet I have ever had! She is compassionate, friendly and caring and my girls all love her too. Chris was also fabulous and the girls are very happy with their pedis xxx

Really impressed with the vet I saw yesterday at Allington. Her name was Joanne and she was very kind and calm with my dog Poppy. She was very patient. It made for a really great experience!

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. Today was my first visit to Heronden Veterinary Practice with my dog Teddy. Very easy to find, good size car park. Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, made a great fuss of Teddy, which he loved. The vet was also very friendly and helpful. He was great with Ted. I'm so glad I made the change 😊

One of the most compassionate yet professional vet practices I have come across. The staff are lovely and my dog loves going in there. We had an excellent experience with his neuter surgery where he healed beautifully. And more recently a last minute need for travel paperwork and they went above and beyond to help get what was needed. Highly recommend this non corporate practice. Michele and Maui

We have recently joined Heronden Vets after a bad experience at a previous vets. All of the staff have taken time to get to know Roddy and reassure him. He gets spoilt with lots of treats and fusses. We have decided to take Roddy along weekly to try and get him used to it, all of the staff have been so patient and understanding. Thanks to Heronden the vets has gone from being a bad experience, to a much calmer and relaxed environment for him. After having bad experiences at another local vets, I transferred to Heronden and it was the best decision I have made for my two dogs! The team were all so welcoming and accommodating with my many requests and concerns and always made an extra effort to make it a positive experience for my dog. The vet (Katie) took time to explain everything to me in detail which really helped ease any anxieties caused by previous vets. She was patient and kind to my dog and paid great attention to his reactions to ensure that he was comfortable. Would recommend this practice 1000%.

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

My three shitzu are well looked after by all and appreciate there support in keeping my fur babies well and happy

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

Faultless service from first contact. The kindness and support shown when my lovely old boa constrictor sadly had to be put to sleep was amazing, right up to and including when he was collected for cremation. Would 100% recommend this practice!!

Our lovely cat Rosemary of 18years, health deteriorated quickly and when we reached out to our own vet of 20years we couldn’t get an appointment within reasonable time. We contacted Medivet Evegate- Montgomery, who gave us the opportunity to attend straight away and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The whole service and compassion from all staff involved (reception lady who was so kind on the phone when I started crying and she led us into a consultation room and offered drinks and tissues, to the kind vet who was with us till the end with Rosemary ) was second to none. We would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We also received a beautiful card in the post today which meant so much to us. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!

Lovely staff that truly care for our tortoise’s wellbeing. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Made it clear we can call anytime and gave us extra information to support with keeping him healthy. Could not recommend more!

On Monday I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Barney as he had reached the end of his life. It was a very hard decision to make. However, it was made easier by the kind care and guidance provided by the vet Dr Oliver Daniels from Silver Gate Vets, who helped us handle the sad process. Also for arranging everything with Di and Kat from Barnshaw Pet Crematorium. I appreciate the gentle way they collected Barney immediately afterwards and dealt so thoughtfully with his cremation. I am forever grateful for their services.

Cannot recommend enough. The thought of having to take our beautiful Tilly to the vets (which she hated) for her final moments was awful but she had deteriorated so quickly and on a bank holiday Monday we thought we might not have any choice. The decision was incredibly hard but Silvergate made the whole process stress free. Tilly was at ease the whole time and it was just as though she had drifted into a peaceful sleep, comfortable in her own home, loved and with her family which is all we could have asked for her. Thankyou for making our final moments with her so peaceful.

Oli came along to my home at very short notice, when it was time for my little cat Mae to be put to sleep . She hated the vets and I didn’t want to put her through that . Oli was so brilliant - kind, professional and respectful . I was dreading the whole thing, but his manner helped to make it all go calmly and smoothly . Thank you Oli 😌

Last week, Wednesday 1st February we had to make the gut wrenching decision to send our 18-year-old cat to heaven after a short battle with cancer. We had already decided that we wanted at-home euthanasia so that our cat Fudge was peaceful and in familiar surroundings. Oli went through the process step by step so that we were aware of the changes that may happen during the process and what to expect. He made sure to let us know exactly what was happening and reassured us that we were making the right decision. Even down to the details of his cremation such as where he was going and who would be doing it. Ensuring us he would be taken care of during his final journey. What was supposed to be a stressful and traumatic experience was turned into a quiet and peaceful send off for our cherished family cat. And for that, we thank you.

Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

After a lifetime of animal family members, I have been a client for many years since the practice opened, and during that time I cannot think of a single thing to fault. We holiday yearly at Dymchurch and have been for years on two occasions we have had to visit and the staff have been lovely very caring and friendly and explained everything well the vet centre smells nice no pet odours surprisingly and also very clean 😀

As an Independent vet, wins hands down over against the bigger Commercial vets. They interact with your pets from the time you enter, until you leave. They are so much empathic and compassionate about you and your pet/s. The best practice on the marsh

We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. What can I say about Patrenden, they gave my two girls a new lease on life. After being failed by our previous vets, Polly saw my Anatolians and her guidance and medical knowledge has been a game changer. From having conversations of planning for the end, to now talking about how my girls run around the house and have never been happier.

Best vets I have ever joined! Took our cat to have him neutered and they looked after him so well! Receptionists were lovely and the vet explained everything simply and clearly! Little Hoppers have been brilliant since transferring to them from our previous vets, our 16 year old dog is on a particular medication and Little Hoppers went above and beyond to find her medication despite it being out of stock everywhere! We are really grateful for their help so far and huge thank you for making our little lady so happy! Big shout out to Hayley and Gemma x
