Reassuring and clear explanations of treatment, plan of action, follow-up care. Been a client with various domestic species for decades as service was and remains outstanding.

We are so grateful to this vets practice, they are so friendly and helpful. Victor was amazing and went above and beyond to help our unwell 8 month old baby boy, who had been speared in the back of the throat by a stick. The care he has received has been outstanding and he's already well on his way to being the bouncy lad he was before. We thank you all for being so lovely and definitely recommend this practice to anyone, no matter the situation, they always try to help. We will never forget the amazing service we have received. We have used this practice since before they were part of Medivet, with our last dog, and they are still as helpful as before. It is not always possible to see the same vet now, due to staff shortages perhaps, but we are always seen as soon as possible, they are great in an emergency and always a very experienced & caring Vet on hand. We have a nervous dog and they are understanding with her. Very helpful staff nurses and reception.
