We recently had storm damage to roof and needed all ridge tiles replacing and some roof tiles we had some real cowboys wanting to do a quick job. Tom was replacing a roof on the street and asked him to quote me for the work. Tom looked at the roof and showed me pictures he had taken with a drone . He gave me a comprehensive itemised quote for dry ridge replacement plus scaffolding. You are always nervous when you are having work done by a tradesman you don't know but they were really professional updating what they were doing. The finished job was great. Highly recommended. Yes you could have it done cheaper by some cowboy climbing up a ladder and bodging a quick job but I'm glad I got a professional in.

This is the second time Matthew has done work for the family. Always find him professional and fair in his approach. He doesn't try to do work which isn't required, he persuaded me not to do some repairs on a vent which I thought was causing some damp. Some basic venting in the bathroom and cleaning of the vent resolved it He completed a flat roof repair for my father previously. He has today repaired my guttering and was very helpful in doing some additional bits to make sure it wasn't going to cause me issues in the future. Thanks again would definitely recommend.

Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. I had my leaky roof fixed in a good time frame to say it was the festive period. After works were completed I received photos to show what had been done. Craig Bridges is the kind of tradesman you wish you'd have found years ago. I had issues with my dodgy old terraced-house chimneys, which required much-needed attention. As soon as I contacted Craig, he arranged to come out and assess the situation without a hint of fuss or delay. I've dealt with several roofing contractors (of various quality) and straight away, I could tell I'd found an absolute professional. Craig effectively diagnosed the work that needed doing and I was given a very reasonable quote. The NEXT DAY, Craig and his highly effective team set to work on sealing and replacing the lead flashing on my chimneys. They worked solidly and left everything clean and tidy. Craig then showed me detailed photographs of the work they had carried out and the quality was obvious. I rarely use the word 'delighted' when it comes to roofing work, but in this case, there's no other word for it. This guy is an absolute pleasure to deal with - I cannot recommend him enough - Google really needs to dish out an extra star in his case.

Cannot recommend Craig and his team highly enough. We had a leak from our main roof that another large roofing company was not able to identify and fix. Craig visited us within a couple of days of us contacting him and identified the cause of the leak using his drone and booked us in quite quickly to undertake the work. The team were punctual, professional, polite at all times. We were kept well informed of progress and provided photos of the damage and repaired work. The team left everything neat and tidy.

Seventh time lucky We have had a leak in our roof around the chimney stack for well over three years and have had six separate roofers out to have a look at it and attempt to fix it. Some returned several times without success and caused us a lot of stress and money. Unfortunately we still had the problem. We were recommended Craig by a friend and wish so much that he had been the first to look at it. He came out to assess the problem and despite his busy schedule organised a tower and scheduled the work in for us. He and his work colleague completed the work in less than a day. They replaced badly fitting roof slates as required and also the rear gutter back cover flashing. They left the site clean and tidy and sent us photos of both before and the after the work was completed. There has been significant rain since the work was completed and there has been no sign of any leakage into the bedroom. We found Craig to be a friendly guy yet very professional. We will definitely be recommending him to others.

Craig team arrived to replace our ridge tiles yesterday . The lad arrived on time explained the job to me. I had some reservation about how the felt in the loft would be mended. They reassured me it would be fine. They finished the job and cleaned up well. They ended up doing more than the quote to make certain the damaged roof felt was removed and replaced I check the felt in the loft and it is better that I could have dreamed of. GREAT JOB they did not charge any extra for doing it. The roofer said that he does what is necessary to do the job correctly. I would recommend this trader to any body. I am now going to book another job with them in the next few weeks

Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. Great service from Dave - reliable and trustworthy. He sorted out a couple of gaps in the cement on my roof caused by the recent storms and didn't over-charge. Also gave me peace of mind by confirming my roof was otherwise in good condition and didn't need any additional work! Dave has done two separate jobs for me & I couldn’t recommend him more. The two jobs were repairing the ridge tiles on an aging roof and removing a chimney stack. Both were done to a high standard. On both jobs Dave came to quote as soon as he could and then gave realistic time frames to complete the work, when he said he’d be over to do the job; he was. On the quotations he was very clear and honest in his view of the work needing to be done & the options available.
