Excellent Job. Craig’s team replaced ridge tiles and repointing of tiles to gable end. Turned up on time, friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I am really pleased with the work done and would recommend to anyone. Job well done thank you.

We would highly recommend Craig Bridges and his team following our full re-roof and Velux window installation. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast! From the initial visit, where Craig spent time to inspect the roof, using a drone for a closer view and spending time to discuss the job, we felt confident that he would be thorough and knew what he was doing. We received a full quote soon after. Prior to the start of work, Craig was onsite to check materials were all delivered ready for the work to begin. The team did the full re-roof quickly and to a high standard completing a large roof in just 4 days even with heavy rain and for the price we had agreed up front.

I ignored a roofer who knocked on my door to tell me I had a problem with my roof which he could fix. Not because I didn't believe him - I already knew I had a problem. A problem that couldn't be fixed by repointing the ridge tiles. Having used Craig years earlier to do something which other roofers said couldn't be done I knew who I was going to use to fix the roof. When he looked at the roof from the inside Craig did offer me a short term solution. He also told me what I already knew - that solution wasn't a long term one. Craig's quote for the total re-roof was competitive. Before he and his team arrived Craig was very good at letting me know when the skip hire and the scaffolders would turn up. Craig and his team were very approachable during the re-roofing. They were efficient and professional in their work and cleared up after themselves. An added bonus was that they didn't need to come in to the bungalow at any point during the job. They must have been in the loft to remove the debris because when I went up there after they had finished it had all gone. As a result I didn't have to stay in while they were doing the job. Craig and his team delivered the new roof the way I knew they would - professionally, efficiently and with skill.

Cannot recommend Craig and his team highly enough. We had a leak from our main roof that another large roofing company was not able to identify and fix. Craig visited us within a couple of days of us contacting him and identified the cause of the leak using his drone and booked us in quite quickly to undertake the work. The team were punctual, professional, polite at all times. We were kept well informed of progress and provided photos of the damage and repaired work. The team left everything neat and tidy.

Craig Bridges is the kind of tradesman you wish you'd have found years ago. I had issues with my dodgy old terraced-house chimneys, which required much-needed attention. As soon as I contacted Craig, he arranged to come out and assess the situation without a hint of fuss or delay. I've dealt with several roofing contractors (of various quality) and straight away, I could tell I'd found an absolute professional. Craig effectively diagnosed the work that needed doing and I was given a very reasonable quote. The NEXT DAY, Craig and his highly effective team set to work on sealing and replacing the lead flashing on my chimneys. They worked solidly and left everything clean and tidy. Craig then showed me detailed photographs of the work they had carried out and the quality was obvious. I rarely use the word 'delighted' when it comes to roofing work, but in this case, there's no other word for it. This guy is an absolute pleasure to deal with - I cannot recommend him enough - Google really needs to dish out an extra star in his case.
