We have had Lovell over to fully replace an old roof on our house, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! We have been kept fully up to date from initial quote (extremely competitive) right through to completion of work. Everything that needed doing was fully explained and discussed, there's no hidden agenda with Lovell and everything he says he will do/happen etc is carried out. The work was done with the minimum of disruption and very little mess. Even my neighbours commented on how little mess was made during the job. Great service from Lovell and his team. Easy to discuss what was required, what they were doing and when. They were all great whilst on site and managed the project to minimise the impact on us whilst we were still in the house. Workmanship and quality was also first rate. If I could give Lovell and his team 10 stars, then I would. He responded to my urgent call within a few minutes and came around to assess and carry out a temporary repair the same day. We decided to have a full roof refit which was arranged for the end of January 2020 because Lovell was very busy. He kept us informed as to scaffolders, skips and material deliveries and then his team arrived. Lovell, Michael, Jimmy and Chris are the hardest working team that I have ever come across. We were lucky with the weather and the whole job was completed in a week. They tidied up as they went along and nothing was too much trouble, and the end result is a fantastic job. We can only reiterate the positive reviews that Lovell and his team have received here. We had our FULL roof replaced this summer including soffits, facias, guttering and downpipes. Based on the work carried out I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wanting any roofing work done on their home. If we ever consider having any work done in the future, then Lovell will be our first port of call.
