Work was needed to replace ridge tiles and shed roof felt after bad weather northwest roof works called to inspect and quote for the work and service was prompt with excellent communication and notification. Weather prevented initial start of work but was completed the next day without a problem. Northwest roof works were very courteous and helpful, and completed the work in the day. I would definitely recommend this company and will contact them for any additional work I may need in the future

I found northwest roofwork from Facebook market place after I notice water dripping from my gutters. Martin came out the same week to clean them and kept in contact. Martin was very competitive and did a thorough job taking photos for me to see what needed doing , would highly recommend.

Martin was recommended to me as I was looking for someone reliable to repair my gutters. He came at the time he said he would , got the materials needed and did the necessary repairs the same day . I was impressed with his honesty and he charged a very reasonable price .

Martin is so reliable. We had many roofers let us down by either not showing up, quoting crazy amounts without seeing what needed doing, or just not bothering to quote. Martin took photographs so we knew what was causing the leak in the first place, and then took photographs of his work once complete. He is a great communicator, reasonably priced, and a nice bloke. Even better the leak is finally fixed and my son’s room is free of damp for the first time in years!
