Recently bought a house and we’re ‘enjoying’ all the quirks of home owning. A few weeks ago, we had a leak on our flat roof. We messaged Frank early in the morning, he arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem. He acted promptly and the cause of the leak was fixed. Frank was informative and understanding. There has been no further issues so far. We will definitely be using Raven Roofing & Cladding again!

We required some work on our lead flashing and guttering, and Frank came along to assist. He took photos of the roof and recommended what needed to be done, and was very prompt in coming back to start the work. Very friendly team, and very happy with the work done 😊

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frank to anyone who needs work doing roofwise. He's just done a job on my roof putting ventilation into tiles that are no longer manufactured. He's gone over and above expectations by resolving the problem rather than saying it couldn't be done!!! He did the job from start to finish in less than a week, including the problem solving and making the roof watertight whilst the tiles were being adapted and refired. I'm delighted with the work he's done and will use him again for any future roofing work. In my opinion he doesn't overcharge and he does a proper job rather than a make-do one.

Work was being done at my neighbours house and the loose flashing was seen and mentioned to me. I also noticed that the verge was missing and asked for this to be fixed. Job done quickly, professionally and very reasonable cost. Very happy with both jobs and would highly recommend

JJK Roofing Services was my fourth attempt to get a roofing company around to fix a leak in my lead valley. John answered his phone straight away, arranged to view the roof for a quote and sent back the quote without delay. He arrived to do the work a few days later as agreed and completed the work at a very competitive price. He took pictures of the roof before and after to reassure me the work had been done. Professional, Friendly and Fast. Had some damage in storm Eowyn that made my roof unsafe. BRR turned up within 15 minutes and made it safe. I had put some funds away for a needed new roof and after hearing a quote I signed up. The work was done quickly and to a fantastic standard. I would gladly recommend BRR to anyone.

I had been recommended to try this company for replacing gutters, soffets and facias. James visited my property to assess the work involved, quoted the price which was followed up by a written quote explaining all the work involved. Once I had decided to go ahead with them they were efficient in getting scaffolding up and the following day work began. The team of guys worked hard through the day and completed almost the whole job, they returned the following morning to finish off and complete the job to my satisfaction. It was also inspected by the team with me to ensure standards had been achieved. I am happy to recommend this company, and I'll have them back on a later date for some other jobs I want done

Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). Everything was explained clearly and relevant quotes / invoices sent over as promised and in a timely manner. James was happy to answer any questions and queries I had. I don’t normally write reviews, but in the case of Bury Roofing Services, I must make an exception. I needed to have the chimney stack taken down as it was causing internal rainwater staining for both me and my neighbour. I obtained several quotations from local companies, and Bury Roofing Services was by far the most competitive, so I placed my order with them. Curt’s team arrived exactly on-time yesterday, put in a full day’s work, and then came back this morning to complete the job, which was done perfectly. Have used Bury Roofing a few times over the years and they never fail to deliver and I would happily recommend to anyone who needs any kind of roofing work completing. This time it was a bay refresh (vertical tiles). The area needed stripping back, removal of whatever non existent insulation was in there (along with an old abandoned wasp nest), new Kingspan insulation, new felt, batons and new tiles. The two two guys on our bay job this week were very impressive, their attention to detail and precision is astonishing and you can clearly see in the final result. Both friendly and polite yet professional and kept the area tidy throughout. They explained clearly when I asked questions and left the finished job looking spot on. Couldn’t change the lead work at the top due to it being underneath a new window we had put in recently (my choice, I asked them not to involve the window) but it was explained and they advised what they would do as an alternative solution to ensure it was sealed. Would happily recommend them again. 5 stars, 10 out of 10.

I had a flat lead bay roof replaced on my period property. It was a complicated job but they did fantastic work, including re-pointing the stonework using lime mortar. I also had a minor leak on the main roof, but rather than charge for a separate job their roofer Eric showed me how to easily repair the flashing myself. I really appreciated them looking after me as a customer like this.
