I contacted Shaun, after my insurers roofer took 5 months to complete repairs after the tornado. He did a very poor job that required all of his shoddy work replacing. My neighbour recommended Shaun and he's on the Trading standards approved Trusted Trader website. He came out gave a quote including the scaffolding and skip hire. My insurers agreed to pay for the roof to be redone. The elapsed time to complete the work was just under 2 weeks that included errecting and dismantling scaffolding. The roof repair only took 4 days. I even caught him on CCTV walking round the garden picking up every last bit debris after the scaffolding had been removed. Excellent job. I hope I never have to have the roof repaired again, but if I do Shaun will be the first person I call.

We had a full reroof approx 9 years ago by Shaun and his team, work was completed quickly and to a high standard. A tile came loose after recent storm, Shaun refitted tile under warranty. Would highly recommend.

LG recently replaced the roof on my outrigger. The scaffolding turned up when Lee said it would, and Lee and Jack completed the work in the agreed timeframe, even though it was more complicated than first thought (and the weather didn't help!) Gavin came highly recommended from a personal friend to help fix a dorma roof that had a leak and poor insulation. Gavin provided a detail plan and price for each stage that was clear and a date for start and finish and kept to his word, which speaks volumes. Gavin and his assistant carried out all the work in a friendly, professional manner. They supplied and installed new facias, soffits, guttering, and downpipes. They also installed a dry ridge system and a dry verge. We live in an area that is prone to strong winds and had previously had problems with ridge tiles being dislodged. The dry ridge system seems to have cured this. Whilst on the roof, Gavin discovered that some pointing was missing on the chimney stack. He sent me video and photos of the problem, and carried out the extra work at minimal cost. I have recommended Gavin to my brother, who needs similar work to be carried out on his property.

Cannot praise Dan enough. Had water coming through my roof due to rotten batons and damaged felt. He was so quick to come and look and once the scaffolding had been put up he was super quick to come and repair everything. I’ve now got a watertight roof. Called Danny the day after really strong winds and suffering roof damage and he came out immediately to recover a ridge tile which could have slid off the roof and damaged a vehicle or causing injury to a person - his customer service was impeccable! He then attended at a later date to carry out the repair and inspect the rest of the roof. Faultless work, competitively priced, excellent service and generally Danny and his colleague really great guys - highly recommended for any roofing repairs.

Ashton roofing were professional, straight talking and very helpful, with great customer service. We were in the middle of trying to sell our house, and required a roof inspection to settle some doubt left by a survey. From the start Matt was efficient and helpful. He attended when he said he would to assess my roofing problems. Within a few days he contacted me with a number of quotes for the various jobs I needed doing. He was more than happy to arrange the work around my shifts. He arrived to undertake the work on time and in horrible snowy freezing conditions. Matt and his team did an amazing job over two days, they completed the essential work I asked for plus a few extra jobs that I cheekily added on at the last minute. I will definitely be asking him to return to complete a number of other not so essential cosmetic roofing issues in the future.
