Lebanese Please catered our wedding of 90 people at our home in Berkshire in May 2024, and we simply can't praise them highly enough. Their food, service, and support went above and beyond all expectations — 5/5 doesn’t cover it! From the outset of planning, Maroun was an absolute dream to work with. He was our go-to planning partner, working with us through every step of the process in the months, weeks, and even hours leading up to our big day. Whether it was logistics like timings, quantities, and energy requirements, or the aesthetics of crockery, glassware, and menu design, Maroun had it all covered.He made sure every detail of the day was perfect, from his hand-drawn Aperol Hour bar signage, to our chosen canapé customisations, cocktail garnishes and (to us!) the all-important coffee course. The whole service team was just as attentive, making sure that every dietary requirement was met and that every guests felt special throughout the day. Nothing was too much for them. And now to the food — spectacular. We’ve always loved Lebanese food, but Lebanese Please takes it to the next level. We built out a tailored menu together and every plate & bite, was a delight. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it and we’ve lost count of how many times we heard people say it was the best wedding food they’d ever had (the lamb in particular was legendary.) Their amazing service extended to the bar as well, where team providing not just drinks, but an experience; crafting delicious cocktails and ensuring our guests were never without a drink in hand. We feel incredibly lucky to have had this remarkable family-run business play such a key role in our wedding at our family home. And the best part is that we can relive that unforgettable meal again any time at their wonderful restaurant in Weybridge. If you’re planning a wedding, or any event for that matter, don’t miss out on Lebanese Please. They are doing something truly special.

This is such a wonderful little restaurant. Inwas so impressed with the food and portions sizes. The service was very diligent and polite. The food is the main thing here and there is a lot of focus on it's presentation and quality it is very tasty.

We visited this charming Lebanese restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded all expectations. We started with two small plates and shared a main dish, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The menu offers a fantastic selection of vegan and vegetarian options, ensuring there's something for everyone. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making for a truly special dining experience. We also sampled a Lebanese rose wine, which was delightful. To top it all off, the house dessert—featuring pistachio and rose water—was outstanding, even though I can’t quite recall its name. It's definitely a must-try! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a memorable dining experience.

I would just like to sincerely thank the whole cappadocia team, who looked after me tonight with excellent care. Especially since I came today at around 20:00, at such a busy time, and they provided me a table despite being full. Fast and friendly service, which should be in every restaurant. Besides the obvious, the lovely food, the atmosphere and the teams perseverance through these busy times made it a wonderful experience. Will definitely be returning, thank you!

I absolutely loved it here! The food was delivered quick and it was just so delicious! I definitely recommend the mix grill and the calamari for a starter. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the decoration was inviting. The music created a lovely Turkish setting. I have been many times and every time I leave extremely satisfied.

I absolutely love it here! The food, the decor, the service provided, everyone who works there is super friendly and cater to your every need. The food is amazing, and there’s a huge variety to choose from, plus they include veggie options and take dietary restrictions into consideration and the food is reasonably priced and affordable, especially if you are given the 5% or 20% discounts. Additionally the atmosphere is amazing and if you decide to go on a Thursday the belly-dancing is very entertaining and almost everyone participates! I definitely would recommend for a birthday party, a gathering or a simple lunch/ dinner with friends or family! 10/10 would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were around Shepparton for a weekend my wife and myself and looking for somewhere that had live music. We found it here a great blues rock band called Crawdaddy... Music here every weekend it seems. 👍🎶 The bar staff were excellent A brilliant range of beers. I settled on a pale ale and my wife on a draught cider It got busy and people were enjoying the music and dancing.. It's a lovely pub inside, full of character and characters Isn't that what you want.!! It felt a bit odd walking through the housing area to get there but once inside you just soak up the vibes.. Keeping it real 🍺👌

Fantastic proper English pub, one of my favourite pubs. Great beers. Live music 3 days a week. Love this place.

Fab pub. No food but great beers. Music on Wed, Fri and Sat. Quiz on Thurs and a good old fashioned meat raffle that raises money for charity.

Friends invited us out for Sunday lunch and I'm like I've never had roast dinner out that I couldn't make better myself. Well how wrong was I ........absolutely the best roast dinner I have ever had ! The waitresses were all brilliant and customers very friendly. I would not hesitate to go back .

Visited for a late lunch this afternoon with my Father. Friendly staff and a nice cheery environment. Was VERY impressed with all the food, shocked to see such high quality handmade dishes in today's age. Not to mention the portion sizes and more than fair prices for everything!!! It was amazing and will definitely be back😁

Roy and myself have been going in regularly for Friday Lunches for many years and never had a bad meal. The service from Sue and Ange have been absolutely tiptop all the time and for Sean and Anne the chefs in the kitchen are absolutely brilliant. Thank you from Mick and Roy

Authentic Thai food. Friendly staffs, quick and very good service. They also have excellent £10 2-course lunch deals. Plenty of free parking space outside of the restaurant. Definitely go back again soon and recommend to my friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was outstanding and to perfection, it was authentic and possibly the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The service was wonderful and the staff were accommodating, polite and provided a service with care. The atmosphere was quiet, calming and intimate which made the evening even more perfect! The prices for the outstanding and fresh food was fantastic, for the quality they should be charging more but suit for all people which is so lovely! Overall if I could provide a 10 star rating I would. Will definitely be back again! Thank you!

A fantastic night was shared by my party. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and were sat at a spacious table. All our food was clearly freshly cooked and the flavours were abundant. We really enjoyed the spring rolls and the green curry. We will come again.

The price quality is not very adequate. The restaurant is not cheap therefore they should use better ingredients. The carbonara was very heavy, we thought it was going to be the authentic one but we got the English version with heavy cream. Very friendly staff we left tip simply because of the service provided. But food was average.

We had a lovely meal here. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming and looked after us very well. Although we don't live locally we would definitely recommend La Casa!

Perfect food, perfect setting and perfect service. Will definitely be going again. Recently went to La Casa again and it was fantastic. Sit outside on the terrace with a glass of Rose and the Carbonara and you could be in Italy. If you haven't been, go, if you have, go again! Perfect.

We love Osso Bucco. Food is exceptional, just like mama made it, and service is second to none. Thank you to Luca for always being so attentive, and all the staff are just lovely. It’s like coming home every time we come here. Highly recommend Osso Bucco.

We celebrated my boyfriend’s 30th birthday at Osso Buco last night and it was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make the night special, adding personal touches to ensure we had the perfect night! From planning to execution, they couldn’t have done more for us. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was perfect for such a special occasion. Thank you to the team for making the night unforgettable.

Incredibly superb. Best place in Weybridge. Really enjoyed the starter and the main was super delicious. Above all, really enjoyed my evening due to the fantastic and friendly workforce.

I booked a table for an early dinner with my mum and sons. Our server Adrian was fantastic. Attentive, great with my children and really knowledgeable about the food. We both had steaks, which were cooked perfectly and even convinced us to share a cheeky sticky toffee & rum pudding. Such a fantastic experience. Thanks Adrian 💕

We had a lovely time at the Minnow. The atmosphere was lively. We went on a sunny day and sat outside for drinks, which was really nice. The interior is cozy, featuring traditional decor with a modern twist. The only disappointing aspect was the food. I ordered the lasagne, which was the chef’s special dish, but it was very disappointing. It had too much tomato and almost no cheese. I was really looking forward to it but was very disheartened afterwards. On the plus side, the pub offers free parking, which is very convenient.

I would definitely recommend this place to eat, chill and catch up with friends or a nice little gathering. The first thing I would like to say, is that the staff have impeccable customer service! They have a good choices On the menu, however myself and my friend decided to go for the set menu, all three Dishes were very tasty.. My dish was missing one of the components, however, the manager John, Was Very Apologetic and happy to resolve the situation by giving us a discount. He was very friendly And made us feel welcome. Even though it was A bit out of the way from where I live, I would most definitely recommend to my friends and family and will definitely go back myself. The ambience and friendliness of all staff As well as the Quality of the food is a 10/10 from me! I am only giving a point down for the food as something was missing. Really lovely Pub. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We received such a warm welcoming from Tatiana it was thoroughly appreciated. The service was really top notch with delicious food and drink. I would highly recommend coming here.

The refurb has completely changed this place. It was nice before but it's very nice now! Excellent drinks selection. Menu is great, and the food was lovely. We went quite late in the evening so didn't get a chance to see the beer garden. It looked lovely though, fairy lights dotted around the walls and looked like there was plenty of seating. The car park was full so we had to park on the road opposite but lucky it's not permit so parking wasn't an issue.

You know you have had a great stay in a hotel when you give a good tip for the service and welcome you receive, and the Flower Pot was no exception. All our thanks to Colin, Libby, Jen and the rest of the amazing Flowerpot team for making us all so welcome, we hope we see you again soon x

1st December - early family Christmas gathering and our visit didn’t disappoint. The Retreat delivered a superb Roast - tender meat, crispy roast spuds with a delicious range of veg! Even the Christmas crackers were funny! Staff looked after us with food delivered promptly but without being rushed. Also nice atmosphere so we will be back!

Went to the Retreat on my way to pick my brother up from the airport. I found this pub to be quite cosy with a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I opted for the fish and chips and I must say, it was flavoursome, crispy and flaky. I then had an apple crumble with custard which was nice and sweet. Overall I would definitely recommend if you are looking for some good pub food within the Staines area.

A very tranquil trout fishery where took a very relaxing stroll around the lakes and saw many trout flip themselves out of the water. This is a very nice spot to come to and have a nice, relaxing, contemplative drink or some food next to the lakes, while enjoying the sheer beauty of nature that surrounds the restaurant. We also saw an amazing herron which flew over the lake and a number of super young ducklings. The lady told us that the fishery is a catch and release. The size of trout in there is substantial, but I am guessing that anything above 8lb will be a massive catch and a rarity in there.

My wife woke up and decided we should go out for Sunday lunch so I googled “riverside restaurants near me” and got the best ever recommendation in The Halliford Mere Lakes. What a find. Fantastic customer service and superb food in a wonderful setting. Currently working off a reduced menu to enable chef to produce top quality dishes given the restrictions on supplies caused by the market and the heat. Clever use of the best ingredients available and enough choice to satisfy the most critical palate. We even managed a beautiful walk through the trout lakes before desert and delicious decaf filter coffee. Lots of extra brownie points for my choice of venue at short notice. We WILL be back!

How have we never been here before?? What a stunning location, with lovely staff and wonderful food. We pre-ordered a lobster thermidor, as a special treat for my son to celebrate him achieving his degree... And he confirmed (after a long period of mouthwatering silence) it was delicious!! We also had giant prawns and a dressed crab.. plus some non fish dishes for my non fish loving husband!! We had a fabulous evening and we will return!!
