Just popped in for some food with a pal, first time visitors who are very pleased with the food and service. Has a very cozy and home like environment which helps to create a lovely atmosphere. Also dog friendly.
As a vegetarian I don't often get excited about pub or restaurant food however today was different. The Christmas vegetarian wellington and sides were lovely as was the fruit crumble. The staff were great. We were a large party and we had a great time.
Such great staff, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely pub with outdoor beer garden. Great atmosphere. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned every day. Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast included in the price. Made for a great start to the day. Highly recommend
Bed was in wrong position not near any plugs, other then that room was perfectly. Staff was amazing they was very polite and professional. Breakfast was great good selection of food. Location was great for what we needed.
Fantastic pub with friendly staff and cheesy chips done right- mozzarella not cheddar! Paul at the bar always makes us feel like we belong, service comes with a smile (and a healthy amount of friendly banter). Will keep coming back, keep it up, all.
