We enjoyed a lovely birthday meal on a busy Thursday evening, in a great atmosphere. It was as busy as ever and the staff were still attentive. The food was really good too.
We did the dog walk followed by lunch here and it was just lovely from beginning to end! Fab pub with a brilliant team. Great to have such a good community focused pub nearby!
My family and I spent Christmas day at the White Hart and were so pleased with our choice! Having not visited for some time we weren't sure on what to expect but we're incredibly impressed with every element. The service was warm and attentive. The food delicious, served hot and beautifully presented for every dish. The desserts were a table favourite for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for a meal in the future
I love this pub. I don't drive so it's a bit of a pain to get to, but I ALWAYS bring friends for Xmas because it's so cozy and the food is wonderful. However, today I took my dad and brother for lunch as a special treat and I had a goat cheese salad which was to die for. I said as much and said I'd end up going home and reverse engineer it and eat it for 5 days. My dad only went and asked if they did takeaway and got me two for me to take home 😂. The poor kitchen staff! Totally worth it though, they put it in bowls and everything!
Great, authentic country pub, just a few miles from Sutton. Food is excellent, great ambience, no TVs blaring, thankfully! Staff are very friendly and professional, great allergen knowledge, which is essential in restaurants these days! Prices are on the upper scale, but you get what you pay for, it is worth every penny!
