Not the best experience this time around. It's our favourite pub, so must have been an off day. We waited over 1hr 15mins for food to arrive. When it did arrive, it was bland which was a shame. The service, on the other hand, was excellent. The manager handled the situation extremely professionally, and tried to recover the situation, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely be returning, hoping for a better experience.

Outstanding. Our party of 10 were catered for wonderfully well by what felt like the whole staff team. Service was swift, done with a smile and accommodated our every requirement. Interaction from the staff made us feel like genuinely valued customers during a busy Sunday lunchtime at this popular venue. The food was superb and cooked to perfection. A really nice touch was taking the children's orders first and starting to prepare those, then coming back to take the adults' orders, so the children weren't waiting as long for their food. Prices were fair, especially given the excellent quality of the food. We spent a good couple of hours there enjoying the food, drink and atmosphere. Far from being our first visit to The Cricketers, the experience today has certainly fuelledour desire to get bacl there as soon as possible.

Really enjoyed our Sunday Roast here. Service was super speedy, the food was out in 20 mins despite it being busy. The food was delicious and very generous portion with unlimited roasties, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. I would say it was a little on the pricey side £££ but on par with most pubs in the area

We recently had our wedding reception at The Cricketers On The Green, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting is idyllic, nestled right next to a picturesque cricket green, which added a charming and quintessentially English backdrop to our special day. The staff were nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our day without a single worry. The pub itself exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both intimate and larger gatherings. The interior is beautifully maintained, with a cozy yet elegant vibe that made our guests feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue. The Cricketers On The Green made our wedding day truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and well-managed venue. Thank you to the entire team for making our day so special, particularly Mark & Tyler!

Myself, mum came to meet a friend, we drove from Portsmouth and my friend Chelmsford. Originally, I had booked elsewhere to find when we got there, the Chef had not turned up. So we were given the details of this pub. WOW was really lovely, staff were welcoming and Daniel who served us could not have been more helpful. The food was lovely and we were so glad we went here now as we will definitely be coming back.

Great food pub / restaurant with extensive & interesting menu. Very popular so recommend you book if possible. Definitely plan to come back again in the future

Great pub, amazing food and service was spot on! Really fast service and super friendly staff. Lovely decor inside traditional yet modern. Food was absolutely amazing we all enjoyed the starters, mains and desserts. Starter around £7-9 each, mains were £17-22 each and desserts £7-9, well worth the price

We have been in for my parents 60th wedding anniversary, we were looked after amazingly well. The food and service was amazing 👏

Lovely food and excellent service particularly by a young lady who I didn’t get the name but had some tattoos on her arm. She was very professional and super welcoming. Nice menu that also caters well for vegetarians. Recommend the ribs which were tender and the portions were big overall. Nice selection of drinks and decent wine list. Thank you !!

Delicious ⭐️ Super attentive staff; squeezed us in although it was super busy and we hadn’t booked - seems like it gets packed so best to book in advance. Food was great. They have the option to order smaller portions which is ideal if you’re like me and want a 3 course meal but can’t manage it all! Recommend the squid or pulled pork starters, and the sticky toffee pudding. The American pancakes were basic (shop bought?) Both mains were nice.

Great food (evening meal) and very good attentive service. Food was of a high standard. Great sharing platters as a starter, good steaks, which is a sign of a good chef who knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. Lots of good vegetarian options too.

What a fab pub in Chobham. We went for a long walk with our family and ended up here afterwards. The pub is lovely inside and has got a great outdoor area when the sun is out. The food was a pleasant surprise, we had the baked whole bream which was one of the best fish dishes, I've had in a long time and also a chicken schnitzel which was really tasty. Finally, the staff are really friendly too. All in all, the perfect pub

A wonderful country dining experience. Food was 10/10. Lamb rump was cooked perfectly. Cocktails are well worth looking at. The 'nothing' was really good! I couldn't fault this venue at all. Still table service and even with only 2 or 3 girls they totally handled the crowed. If your on a motorbike, watch out for the plant pots and little logs on your way up to the front entrance (used to stop cars parking in certain spots) as they are sturdy but small and will throw you off your wheels if you don't see them! Will be returning to try the rest of those amazing cocktails ASAP!
