First time at this restaurant after reading reviews, They went above and beyond all my expectations! Such a calm environment, the staff are very efficient, responsive and attentive to customers. We booked a table for 5 and we were celebrating a colleagues birthday, they celebrated with us too! The food is out of this world! Very tasty dishes straight from the grill. The desserts were really good! I had sticky toffee pudding, the texture of it was very light and velvety and made fresh! I also tried other desserts which were just as good. You have gained a regular customer, will surely be back for more !! Our waitress was so bubbly its a shame i didn’t catch the name. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

This restaurant has become one of my favorites in the Epsom area. The food was delicious and came in generous portions. I couldn't even finish my main course, the chicken thigh shish, after starting with a lentil soup and their delicious warm bread. I also enjoyed a beautifully presented non-alcoholic cocktail. The prices were reasonable, and we paid the same amount for our meal as we did at a Japanese restaurant the day before, but here the portions were bigger. We also really liked the interior and the fact that the tables were spaced apart, giving us a more private dining experience. The table by the window where we were sitting was well separated from the others, which was especially important to us. Many restaurants these days have tables placed too close together, making it hard to enjoy a meal without overhearing other people's conversations. The waitstaff was also very friendly and attentive, adding to the great experience we had.

The best Mediterranean restaurant I've been to. Delicious food, good size portions and a lot of interesting options (including seafood & veggies) on the menu. My partner and I both agreed we wouldn't have changed a single thing about the food. Also, very stylish place and great service.

I’m a local dog walker and use Ashtead cafe regularly, always find customer service is 10/10.. thoroughly enjoy a fry up and absolutely love their smoothies! It’s recently undergone a refurb and it looks amazing double the size and very Morden!

Popped into ashtead cafe on a busy Sunday morning . Popped in with friends for breakfast and was greated by friendly staff, Cafe was very busy. Ordered 3 breakfasts and cups of teas. came 5-10minutes later. Was impressed with the food, decent service and nice atmosphere. 5*

Didn't look much, but coffee was great and as nice as it of carrot cake I've had anywhere. Friendly and obliging staff. Portions of other folks grills etc poked huge and lovely. The same stuff would be worse presented and double the price in most of Suffolk.

Highly recommended. Delicious, unique dishes with real care and attention. Aldo's a great host and had just been to billinghurst fish market! They often do special menus as well.

Went for dinner and honestly had the best meal we’ve had in a LONG time. Great service, love that there isn’t too much choice on the menu, food was delicious and meal was reasonably priced. First time visiting but we will definitely be back!

A group of sixteen of us fitted in cosily, split between two tables, into what is quite a small space. The menu was varied, with Peruvian and Japanese dishes, and one of our number even had a full English breakfast! The staff were lovely, and the three chefs did a fantastic job in their little kitchen. We will certainly return.

Went there with friends and family for Saturday brunch 👌 Great, cozy kid friendly atmosphere and very friendly members of staff. We ordered the following: - Egg royal - Veggie light - Toasted croissant with cheese and tomato - Kids Pancake with ice cream and maple syrup - Freshly baked butter croissant ( it was literally freshly baked as they ran out of them 😊) - Chocolate milkshake - Cappuccino - Flat white - Fresh orange juice ( well it wasn’t a freshly squeezed one as I expected)

Small Café, fast and friendly service, good quality food. As it was quite full, atmosphere was noisy, with all the people chatting plus music running in the background as well. Important: A service charge of 10% is added to the prices displayed on the menu

The milkshakes are always amazing here and the breakfast menu and food is great!!! The staff are always so friendly as well!

Listen yeah, if you don't try this place you don't know good food! I went for lunch at this place two days in a row with their chicken shish (tender) and Tbone steak which even with it being well done was succulent! Definitely recommend

I have been a regular customer here for over a decade now. When they changed hands, I must admit, I worried... But there was no need. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am quite fussy with the way I like my food presented and I have preferences that can sometimes annoy people. The staff are so friendly, know what I want and always do my food EXACTLY the way I like it. The meat is always flavoursome and tender, the salad is fresh n crisp and the sauce is the cherry on top for me. Even though I no longer live in the area, I travel here for my kebabs... Honestly, Its a must try!

i visited the establishment with my family as we was looking to move into the area. the food was cooked in fair timing when arrived the food smelt astonishing as was the taste. the customer service was beyond anything i’ve seen to this day, very warm and welcoming people. 100% recommend and will be visiting soon again.

First time visiting this kebab shop, just moved into this area, these guys are really doing well, great food the flavours and seasoning was amazing, will be coming again, thank you keep it up guys.

We had the most WONDERFUL meal out here to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The food was so delicious, we really recommend the fajitas! The vegetarian options were brilliant, there were so many things on the menu that we wanted to try. The cocktails were AMAZING - so fabulous. The service was amazing, the waiters were so attentive. They made my sister’s birthday very special and she had such a great night. The atmosphere was relaxed, great music, lovely setting and decorations. My Dad says ‘the best restaurant experience I’ve had in years and I eat out all the time’ Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more - you will not be disappointed! We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you so much for making our evening so memorable - we will see you soon!

Amazing hospitality and service. The staff were all so welcoming and very responsive to their guests and perfectly accommodating for the whole family. Gorgeous restaurant with beautiful scenery. The food was 10/10, fresh and full of flavour with delightful desserts. The beef burger was a personal favourite! Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner with friends or family!

Lovely meal, good quality and quantity, great service, friendly staff, great value for money. We asked for 1 more tortilla to make it even as we were sharing and it was no problem to agree. Would highly recommend!

We had sunday lunch here today. Firstly the welcome was excellent and our waitress was really lovely! I had the trio of roasts, and it looked really good. My friends had the seabass and prawns. They enjoyed their fish and it was cooked well. They had the same veg as i had with my roast, which was a bit odd. It was amedley of carrots and cabbage. They lacked flavour and weren't seasoned. In to the roasts. It looked ok and was cooked pretty well, but everything lacked flavour and seasoning. The gravy tasted like powdered gravy. I had horseradish, which was hot and spicy. The cranberry sause was nice with the chicken, but they had no red currant jelly for the lamb.. which is a big oversight! Lastly the roast potatoes werent crispy or cruchy at all. Overall it just lacked flavour!!

I didn't have particular high expectations from having a lunch at this place but came out loving the experience. Team is great, Food is delicious, varied, the desserts are excellent and there is 0.0 on the tap. Will be back.

A lovely restaurant! Had the best lamb roast dinner and the crème brûlée was devine. Service was excellent! Will definitely return.

First time visiting here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by very nice staff and shown to our table. Our waiter Sam was great and very professional. There were 9 of us in total from ages 5 -88 and everyone of us enjoyed our food. The menu is fantastic. This place is in my top 3 now where I have eaten out on a Sunday. We will definitely be returning in the very near future.

Very tasty takeaway again last night, everything tasted very fresh. Especially like the Nava crispy chicken cashew. Request a delivery time of 8pm, food arrived on time and hot. Definitely our favorite Thai in the area.

Friendly service and all cooked fresh - if you’re collecting you can even sit and watch them cook. Food was tasty and filling, not fatty or greasy. Great to have a local Thai in Ashtead!

Our amazing local Italian. Many great dishes, but above else, the pizza is amazing (esp. pepperoni)! Great atmosphere and service - highly recommended!

Took Mum for a pre Christmas lunch. It wasn’t overly busy for a Sunday lunchtime, however, the welcome, service and food was excellent. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and we all enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning! Lucky Ashtead having such a gem! 🤗

Fabulous first time at this beautiful authentic Italian family run restaurant. Delicious food, extremely warm and friendly service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning very soon!
