My Daughter went to set4success for 11+ tuition and passed this year. It's a lovely, relaxed learning environment that she really enjoys going to, inspired to learn through the lovely teacher and grammar school students. We are going to continue having lessons until year 7 as it has really supplemented primary school and is a great confidence boost! I am doing my A level tuition with Claire and the team and I am very impressed and satisfied how they doing their job. Both my son and I were made to feel welcome on day 1. He went for the week long tutoring before the Kent test the week before the test itself. My son said he had a great time by the time Friday came and it didn’t feel like a school session at all they played games and had fun all through the week. After the test itself he stated he was so glad he had had this opportunity to practise as it made the test feel a lot easier. Being attending for awhile for both learning math and japanese and defently must recommend as both Nicola and Alix teaching has been outstanding im learning a whole new language that i thought would be impossible to learn but over time its becoming easier to learn, with maths ive finally got a variety of skills that now im able to understand how different methords can help understanding algibra which is not my best subject. A weekly lesson has proved massively beneficial for my daughter. She started in September and, as I saw her confidence grow, and her Maths and English improve, we decided to continue for the rest of the school year. To our delight she was top in her year for maths homework, she was no where near this at the beginning. It was a real pinch myself moment! Her English too has improved, this extends into other subjects, making lessons all round better for her. She was not keen to go at first but as soon as she had her first lesson she was all in. Tutor World really help my child, I tried others for lessons for the 11+ for my son. I was told he won’t pass as he lacks focus, but when I went to tutor world for an assessment, Ruvini was very helpful and told me with little effort my son could do well at the exam, am so happy I listen to her advice, as I almost gave up. We used tutor world for our son in preparation for the 11+ exams and we found them to be very good, professional, flexible, attentive, and caring. They put a lot of time and effort to work with him and I felt they had active interest in helping him and all the other children succeeded.

Mary is an excellent tutor and I thoroughly recommend her.  My daughter has made wonderful progress since she started having lessons with her. Her own daughter was home educated and is currently studying at Cambridge University which highlights the standard of her teaching. Mary also has experience working with students who are dyslexic with great results.  I would not hesitate in choosing her to tutor my child.

My children are really enjoying their classes with Mary. They find her explanations clear & easy to follow. They love the notes she takes during the class. This helps them concentrate during the lesson and go back over things afterwards when they need to apply what they have learnt. Mary has a great balance of being warm and friendly yet firm enough that the children listen and know they are to take their studies seriously if they want to progress and achieve. Mary really knows her subject so well and we feel very blessed for our children to be learning from such a great teacher.

Leesa tutored my daughter through statistics and maths GCSE. Despite having to get up early on a Saturday morning, my daughter very much enjoyed working with Leesa, who helped to improve her confidence and ability, supporting her to pass both subjects. Now keen to signing up child number 2!

Leesa tutored both my sons for the Kent test, the eldest remotely during a Covid lockdown. They both passed with flying colours. She made sessions fun and motivating, with rewards like sweets or little toys at the end of each session (delivered to our doorstep during lockdown!) and mini competitions between her pupils over a number of sessions for bigger prizes. Very approachable and flexible tutors with whom our daughters studied mainly maths during Years 10 and 11. They always listened to the girls' maths/science anxieties and gave them confidence. Their approach is to teach methods and offer exam practice so our daughters had lots of different types of help. Always happy to go over mock papers they had done in class. They really did make a difference to their grades.

I’ve had many English tutors throughout my GCSE studies but Emma has by far been the best one, she has helped me increase my grades in English by an incredible 5 grades in the short time she taught me (from my year 10 mock to my actual GCSE’s!). Emma gave me great advice on how to approach exam style questions including how to efficiently answer questions. Emma was able to identify exactly what I struggled with in English which I didn’t even know my self and worked on that issue which ultimately lead to me getting a grade 8 in English language. Emma is such an incredible teacher I would highly recommend her lessons!

Without Emma, I could never have achieved a grade 9 in both English literature and language. Before starting my tutoring, my grades were at 6’s and 7’s and I didn’t know what I could do better to improve them.
