I called Michael up a month and half ago to look at and fix a leakage from our upstairs bathroom which was dripping through the ceiling into our kitchen. He came promptly and spent good time getting the job done. Clear proof is that it's been almost 2 months since then and fortunately no problem / leakage at all! At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

Whole experience was very pleasant. communicated via whatsapp and received email quote. Joe came on time and was very easy to talk to. He got on with the job and had our shower replaced very quickly. He took away all the rubbish and went through how to use the new one and get the best out of it . Highly recommended

Phoned up snd I spoke to a guy name Lee. Was so helpful, and straightforward about cost and explained everything. Told me what the problem might be. Very easy going friendly approach with a high level of professionalism. Came out on the time and day they said. Did the job with no drama and the price was very reasonable. MK did a fantastic job for us replacing a small bathroom. They had to take everything back to scratch and were excellent. Very reliable, high quality work and beautiful tiling. Excellent service from Manol. My boiler needed replacing after a couple of years of faults. MK plumbing came out and quoted. Very competitive quote and was able to do the work within a couple of weeks. Stuck to the quote, did not add anything on. Arrived on time and completed the new boiler installation on a Saturday in one day. Very polite and considerate plumber, would recommend.

Manol and his wife managed the bathroom renovation project together and they are both very friendly and helpful. They responded to messages super quickly and gave us good advice when we were choosing all our new bathroom supplies, and they also drove us to pick up the tiles and Manol picked up other supplies for us which was helpful. Jonida was great at keeping everything organised and keeping track of the receipts and payments. The tiles and all the fittings look really nice and we are happy with the result! Manol has also replaced all our radiators and installed the new ones and they look lovely.

Not used the company prior to this morning. Manol agreed to come out for an emergency leak in the busiest season. He has done a marvellous job not only of fixing the leak but also tidying the rest of the sink set up as well as checking for any other leaks. Job looks very professional and is value for money too. Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the service from Hancox Gas and Plumbing. They installed a new boiler for us and kindly moved the location, replacing old pipes (which resembled a level of Mario Bro’s) and simplified it. In a nutshell, very professional and well organised company who I would definitely use again.

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

Called Sean this morning after discovering a mystery leak from our upstairs bathroom raining down into our living room! Did what was said on the tin, Swift Emergency Plumber. This is the second time I have used Sean’s services. The first for a faulty and noisy bathroom sink tap where the fault was quickly found and fixed. The second was to disconnect an old gas oven and for a gas safety check on the house. Outstanding. Gee and the team did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen flooring, removing our kitchen island and reassembling to do a “propper job”. We just trusted them to get on with the job and came back to an immaculate kitchen. Gee has also conducted work for us in the past with plumbing and can always be relied upon for a fair quote and honest service.

I’m very grateful to Gee and his team for the plumbing and heating work done in our home. We needed various upgrades and repairs to the central heating, hot water and underfloor heating. GD plumbing are highly professional services. They have done a bathroom installation in the utility room, under staircse toilet installation, a few radiators installations me. The complex shower system and all the hot and cold water plumbing and electrics have been done to high standards. The tiling and doors etc are also done with high aesthetic standards. They have been very reliable and approachable for any issues afterwards. All the work was finished in short period as promised. I will highly recommend them.

I needed a new gas cooker installed and Saboor did a great job installing the new cooker and performing a gas check before and after. We also had a small leak which he picked up quickly and fixed it. We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.
