Shaun has carried out plumbing work for me on several occasions over the years and recently has completed replacing all of the radiators in my house. 5* rating is not enough for Shaun. Top service and top guy. He'd already serviced the existing 20+ year old boiler a year ago that we inherited with the property we moved into and hoped would see us through that winter which it did luckily 😁. Said boiler developed a fault a couple of weeks ago though, so I called Shaun and he came out the same day to take a look. He could have repaired it but I knew we'd be pushing our luck expecting it to last another winter and wanted to replace it anyway, so he gave me a very reasonable quote and a date he could do it there and then. Just over a week after calling Shaun, we have a new boiler fitted! He arrived right on time (called the evening before to confirm we were on schedule) and got the job done keeping me informed every step of the way on what he was doing, making sure I understood the process and anything I needed to. All in all, an efficient installation for a very reasonable price (enjoyable conversations & top tunes were the added bonus for me 😄) Highly recommended 👍🏼 Thanks Shaun & I'll see you again soon for the next job 😊
