I called based on the reviews for my clogged toilet. Joel came today, and he was very helpful and considerate to ensure how to resolve the issue before making any redundant damage. In the future, when needed, I think he will be my first option.

Brilliant service Just want to say a massive thank you to Joel for putting my bathroom back to how it should be. I had a bathroom refit in October by another fitter. The fitter ruined my bathroom and left me with leaks. Contacted Joel who said he could sort everything out for me, and he did not disappoint. His quote was more than reasonable, he was also respectful, punctual and tidy. Once again thanks 😊

Just had a new boiler installed and I would highly recommend AP gas Ltd to anyone even considering having a new boiler.No mess left, no rubbish left, everything explained to us in full, and full transparency of the time it would take, and what the work entailed. We can highly recommend ProPlumb365. Michael & Greg (not forgetting De the tiler & Mike the plasterer) have done a fabulous bathroom refit. This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! I’m a very big believer in supporting small businesses especially when they actually care about their work and ensure it’s the best finish and you’re 100% satisfied before leaving the job.
