AB Plumbing are 2nd to none. We have used them for smaller jobs such as fixing an outside tap and servicing the boiler and have always been happy. Today they fitted a new boiler and radiators for us and the work was first class! Shane and Adam worked hard to get a great finish and to make our home look wonderful. Booked a boiler service , was told price and booked in straight away . Adam, arrived started servicing the boiler. We live in a park home so LPG gas had low pressure. Received a very rapid response from Perry Plumbing when my boiler broke down and was beyond repair in the middle of January. Anthony arrived early the next day for the quote and very kindly offered me the use of a spare heater. My new boiler was fitted 48 hours later and installation was hassle free. Lee is a brilliant plumber, who saved me hundreds of pounds, by repairing several old taps, which other plumbers had insisted needed replacing. He is extremely proficient, friendly and enthusiastic and clearly focussed on delivering the best outcome for his customers. He arrived exactly when promised, charged exactly what was quoted, was extremely respectful of my property and responsive to any special requirements, and left my bathrooms spotless and my taps sparkling, like new. We were very pleased with the service from Hancox Gas and Plumbing. They installed a new boiler for us and kindly moved the location, replacing old pipes (which resembled a level of Mario Bro’s) and simplified it. In a nutshell, very professional and well organised company who I would definitely use again.

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

The team were great from first visit to assess our options through to Chris and Gaz who completed the work finding solutions to minimise the visibility of the additional pipework required. Reliable, professional and great quality work. I contacted Matt Plumbing and Heating about changing our kitchen tap and fixing a broken pvc pipe under the sink. Everything was done the next day morning. I am very satisfied with their job and will call them again when I need a plumber.

I had a problem with my Megaflo water cylinder. He was able to find the issue over the phone. He guided me through few steps in order to show him the affected parts and then he provided us the solution. Highly recommended!
