Phil came the very next day after we phoned and arrived at 10am and was very friendly and professional. Wasps sprayed and made sure he got them all.

I had a further problem when we returned from holiday and they came out straight away and sorted another wasp infestation in a lift area. He only charged me for the spray product. OMG I cannot recommended Neil enough! Heard scratching in my loft once established through setting cameras it was a rat - traps down and he was caught within the hour!!!!! Amazing service as he came back to dispose of. Reset trap in case anymore. Hopefully I will sleep tonight!

Neil, Sue and the team have been wonderful they put a plan in place, did necessary repairs to my roof, even came out at 9pm on a Sunday evening (and didn’t charge the earth)! Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. Juan was amazing! Saw that I had blocked everything already and was honest (instead of trying to fleece for money), found a mouse and said for me to check with them if there has been anymore activity in a couple of weeks where they’ll take what I did down and block it up properly! Dave arrived when he said he would, was polite & knowledgeable, made sure he dosed all of the entry points (of which there were 10 of them high up along a large stretch of exterior Wall where the roof tiles meet) and didn't leave a mess. Wasps one day, none the next. Would definitely recommend 👌
