Really pleased, Al was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and was able to advise on treatment and take the first steps to implement it on his first visit. The follow up visit was organised promptly and he brought his colleague Stiven so they were able to move the washing machine and close an additional entry point. He also offered advice on another potential issue and if it continues we'll definitely contact him
