Quick response to initial enquiry and came within 24 hours, identified issue… and where our ‘friend’ had explored. Made appropriate arrangements to deal with it and then 2 follow up trips to make sure it was all fine! Really nice chap who definitely knew his stuff! Have already recommended to a friend.

Dealing with a pest issue in your home is deeply unpleasant, however Phil was calm and professional and helped ease my anxiety around the situation. He dealt with the matter in hand and appeared happy to answer my (many!) questions. I contacted Barnard Pest control after I’d tried unsuccessfully to solve a vermin problem myself, and wish I’d done so sooner as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety.
