Had previously had another company who spent next to no time in saying it was a simple issue, however, Adam took the time to do a proper investigation in mine and my neighbours house. After spending a substantial amount of money with another pest control company and multiple visits I phoned Adam in desperation as I was being kept awake at night with rats in our cavity walls. Adam listened to my issues, identified how they were getting in straight away and sorted it out within two visits. I am very happy with his service and cannot recommend him highly enough.
