I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Great service. Sean was happy to explain the whole process. Professional and knowledgable. Would absolutely recommend.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Explained everything clearly, said would come back to redo at no cost if found necessary. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

Paul was absolutely brilliant and has helped solve a rat problem in our property. Gave us lots of advice, even gave us a push on his 2nd visit to ensure we get some of his recommendations carried out, which was exactly the push we needed! Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

They came to remove a wasp nest lodged inside the wall of our house and another hornets nest in the back garden tree which after many failed attempts to safely and humanely remove both myself, they handled in one day and we haven’t seen any wasps or hornets again since. Very fairly priced, very quick and efficient and exceptionally gracious and understanding aftercare customer service from Jamie as I didn’t realise I hadn’t paid the invoice and forgot to pay it again after he reminded me. Very kind, polite and professional to me none the less. Thank you again guys!

Excellent service. Was being seen to by Rob. Made us feel very nice and secure after the work was completed. Was very friendly and down to earth also. Even after the first visit I believe he and Simon were able to deal with the issue. Told us what we can do on our end to deal with the entry points. Jack is very professional. He identified all vulnerabilities and placed the bait for the rats. I can highly recommend him to everyone who needs pest control. That's my first time having pest control involved, but if I need it next time, I will call them again. I am very satisfied with their service.

RS Pest Control provides excellent service. Charlie is very trustworthy. They helped me build a net around my solar panels to prevent pigeons or other birds from nesting inside. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
