Adam was simply great! He came out quickly due to a suspected bed bug issue and quickly diagnosed that it wasn't actually bed bugs but some other problem. Others may have made customers go ahead with an expensive yet unnecessary treatment, but Adam was honest and we respect and appreciate that.
Adam was able to squeeze us in at the last minute and was polite, professional and extremely thorough. What a great service!
