Terri was very quick to answer my call. She was so friendly and helpful. I was given a very reasonable estimate and an approximate time when she would call. I was texted 15 minutes prior to her attendance and Terri arrived in a discreet car. She quickly sorted everything, giving us an enormous amount of help.Terri is so knowledgeable and so professional. It is so evident that customer care and service is her driving force, not profit. I was very impressed by her desire to provide humane pest control. We will recommend her company to everyone we know. We are so grateful.
