Steve answered my phone call promptly and was able to come round the same day, initial rodent investigation, provided advice etc filled our bait boxes up and asked us to give him a call back in a week to come back, very happy with his service and would recommend Steve all day long.

He was also really reassuring and supportive in both situations, which were stressful to deal with.
