Folkestone Pest Control was very professional, I called feeling like nothing else could be done to sort out the issue and a little deflated as I used company’s before promising they could sort the issue but didn’t. Well I’m so glad I called Folkestone as they informed the issue could be sorted and they 100% delivered. Would highly recommend to anyone with any issues they need truly sorted.

The team at Folkestone Pest Control are so responsive and helpful. We have been unlucky this year with a wasps nest and most recently a rodent but both times John came out the same day, dealt with the issue quickly and gave us lots of advice as well as answering all the questions we had. John also went above and beyond by advising about some traps which had been laid nearby our property by another party that were not legal and we have been able to ask the party to rectify it immediately – we wouldn’t have known about this otherwise. I had a wasp nest in the corner of a dormer window, I had other companies visit and they told me it was impossible to get to. This company saved my bacon, straight away they had and can do attitude, they were determined to find a way and when they had found a technician with the necessary equipment to do the job they arranged for him to come out on a Saturday so I wasn’t kept awake by the wasps any longer than necessary. Absolute superstars, don’t use anyone else!

Thursday summer evening and starting the barbecue I notice a smell coming from deep in the nearby hedge. On inspection a fox had got itself caught in the fence between mine and neighbours garden and sadly departed this world. With friends coming for garden party on Saturday, I was needed to fix. I called Folkestone pest control at about 7:30pm, who arrived 8am the next day and by 8:15am the whole episode was just a memory. Super professional. Garden party was an odorous blast too.
