Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. We are now mouse free, and following Paul's advice for preventing future infestations. Would highly recommend.

Frank provided the most professional and friendly service you could ask for. He is extremely knowledgeable and kept me fully informed of his thoughts, plans and treatments used. I needed someone to do some exploratory work to identify if/where a hive could be. Marcus was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and throughout the process was responsive and easy to reach, something I find is really important! Marcus attended to an issue of bees/hive in an Anchor Hanover building, top floor cavity walling. Removal was carried out professionally with minimal disruption to residents. Remedials to restore the wall exceeded our expectations and we will be continuing our contract with Lakeside Bee Services. Marcus provided a first rate professional service. He was swift to reply and come out to our house to assess and advise on the bees in our chimney. His knowledge on bee behaviour and use of his camera scope produced a clear image of the bees and combs in the chimney pot. Marcus has a wealth of experience and can communicate in a knowledgeable and friendly way. I would rate this as a five star service and would recommend him with all bee concerns. We had a swarm of honey bees move into our chimney within a matter of hours. We very swiftly contacted some removal companies. Following a heart stopping quote from one company we kept searching and then came across Marcus and so glad we did. The service was amazing from start to finish. We were kept well informed both for the preparations and during the removal. Marcus is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about bees which stood out in his work. The removal was carried out to the highest standard and our chimney left as good as new. Marcus has checked in with us several times since to check that we have remained bee free. Used George on an emergency call out for a wasps nest that he removed very quickly. Whilst on site he also started a process to remove the rats that were present. I can now say I haven’t seen a single rat since. Excellent work at a good price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Bentley Environmental provides pest control services for our commercial and domestic needs. Having a monthly direct debit facility is fantastic because once you're set up they frequently visit and keep on top of any issues. Highly Recommended.
