Marcus undertook a live bee removal survey for me, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very helpful in confirming by thermal imaging that a former 3yo bees nest had been abandoned. Had a full live removal been necessary, Lakeside would have been VERY competitively priced compared to alternative quotations obtained. Highly recommended.

Marcus attended to an issue of bees/hive in an Anchor Hanover building, top floor cavity walling. Removal was carried out professionally with minimal disruption to residents. Remedials to restore the wall exceeded our expectations and we will be continuing our contract with Lakeside Bee Services. We had a swarm of honey bees move into our chimney within a matter of hours. We very swiftly contacted some removal companies. Following a heart stopping quote from one company we kept searching and then came across Marcus and so glad we did. The service was amazing from start to finish. We were kept well informed both for the preparations and during the removal. Marcus is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about bees which stood out in his work. The removal was carried out to the highest standard and our chimney left as good as new. Marcus has checked in with us several times since to check that we have remained bee free. Marcus provided a first rate professional service. He was swift to reply and come out to our house to assess and advise on the bees in our chimney. His knowledge on bee behaviour and use of his camera scope produced a clear image of the bees and combs in the chimney pot. Fantastic service from start to finish from Danny he is a credit to the company. Even though its not stopped my issue its helped alot and he gave me some good tips. After being impressed by Craig’s website and reviews, I contacted him about a wasp’s nest at my yard. He called back within the hour and was able to book me in for an appointment a couple of days later to fit in with my work schedule. The wasps nest turned out to be a hornet’s nest and after discussing my dilemma of fumigating the nest (it was important to know I was doing this for the correct reasons and for the protection of our horses and visitors), it was done quickly and humanely. Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. He was extremely helpful and professional and came that day at no extra cost. We often messaged him for advice and had a lot of issues with our estate agents which he helped out and supported us with. I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!

We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. After eradicating the pest he repaired the places where they were getting in. The cost of his work was very very reasonable. He is a 5 star saviour!

Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem. 100% positive. Jerry looks after our stables and house. He has kept the stables almost totally rat and mice free for years - not a small achievement. The house never has a problem. Jerry also deals with our wasp nests and cluster flies in the loft.
