Mike has been a brilliant help to us! I was first recommended his services a few years ago and now he's our go-to for all things wasps and bees. Friendly, reliable and always does a great job in next to no time.

I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. In situations which are obviously stressful and upsetting to have around your home, Mike is very reassuring and empathetic and works through the problem with you - providing you with a clear explanation of where the problem is coming from and how to fix it permanently. If you're unfortunate enough to require a pest controller, that least you're fortunate enough to be reading Abbotstone Pest Control's reviews and have found the right place to rectify your issues.

Hornets started to hatch out through a wall into my study. Steve came round in half an hour and did a thorough, professional job of removing the swarm and ensuring that they would not come back. Truly excellent service.

We had a wasps nest that was causing some issues, I had been stung a couple of times, and wasps were entering our neighbours property. Steve was able to come out in about an hour from me first calling, got straight in there and sorted out. He was also able to remove the nest, and even took the time to show it to us, and gave a little talk on wasps, their nests and how they work. Great job, and a lovely chap - thank you very much!

I cannot thank George enough for his prompt and efficient response to my call. Despite being fully booked he kindly came to assess the issue of a possible infestation in our House in between jobs as he was working close by. He took photos of the insects and discussed their classification with a colleague and was able to calmly reassure me that they were infact harmless beetles! I am extremely grateful to him for all of his expert advice. It is not until you have a problem that you realise how lucky you are to meet someone as proffessional and knowledgeable .

Rarely give 5 stars but George really did provide excellent service. Very quick response to deal with 2 wasps nests, and reasonably priced. Definitely my first port of call for any future pest control issues.

Bentley Environmental provides pest control services for our commercial and domestic needs. Having a monthly direct debit facility is fantastic because once you're set up they frequently visit and keep on top of any issues. Highly Recommended.

We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. After eradicating the pest he repaired the places where they were getting in. The cost of his work was very very reasonable. He is a 5 star saviour!

Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. He has also offered a follow up when he is next passing to check that all is well.

We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. He was extremely helpful and professional and came that day at no extra cost. We often messaged him for advice and had a lot of issues with our estate agents which he helped out and supported us with. I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

Needed a wasp nest dealt with urgently- no fuss - rang around 9.15 and nest sorted in a couple of hours. Had a prompt call back and only happy to help.

Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after. Would definitely use them again if we have any further pest problems

Good thorough work from Will of FGPC. He was friendly and aware of our concerns. He answered all our questions and made sensible suggestions. He worked to a reasonable fixed price for three visits. At the end he did find evidence that a rat could have been coming up from the sewer and so for an additional fee his colleague Mike fitted a ‘rat flap’ into the sewer pipe to prevent anything coming back up the pipe. Good job! A very reassuring organisation to use.

Very easy to communicate with this company. Mike from Full Guard Pest Control came to remove some wasp nests. He also checked the eaves and some were also found there which I didn't spot. Mike also provided some helpful advice. Really happy with the quick friendly professional service received. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

A job well done. I'm the first to get overly frustrated with an inability to talk to a person directly when engaging with any service provider but that cannot be said of Laura in the office at PGH. She was true to her word. When she said she'd ring back......she did. She was informed, easy to engage with and a definite plus as a point of first engagement with this firm. The technicians turned up on time and the job was done professionally with minimal fuss and disruption. In the course of the works I met Dan, Emily and Andre all of whom were excellent and dealt with the pests such that they are no longer a problem to me. I did have reason to ask for one small piece of work to be done again and the resulting communication and follow up service was prompt, hassle free and without any quibbling which was refreshing.
