100% positive. Jerry looks after our stables and house. He has kept the stables almost totally rat and mice free for years - not a small achievement. The house never has a problem. Jerry also deals with our wasp nests and cluster flies in the loft.

I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. In situations which are obviously stressful and upsetting to have around your home, Mike is very reassuring and empathetic and works through the problem with you - providing you with a clear explanation of where the problem is coming from and how to fix it permanently. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I was put in touch with Liam on Christmas Eve by a helpful colleague in another local firm who was away and so couldn't help. I was trying to help an elderly relative whose broken heating couldn't be fixed because of wasps in loft. I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

Grant is an absolute superstar. For over two years I have had to battle rats in abundance in my attic and walls. The house is a 17th century cottage and near to two duck ponds. For over 50 years the rats have made the attics their home. Grant doesn’t just come and repeatedly put poison down- he finds where the rats are getting in. He worked with me and my adjoining neighbour and gave such great advice on where the holes were and how to fill them. He understands these highly intelligent creatures and after two years of utter hell I have been able to finally have some peace and quiet from the dreadful invaders. And this is all thanks to Grant! An absolute godsend and gentleman. I would not recommend anyone else for help with pests but him! You won’t regret it. And what he charges for his time is beyond reasonable!

I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately for us we have a very old house where wasp nests love to live with us. Not alone did he take time to show where the wasp nests are , their size but explains what product is been used and how it will affect the wasps and what we have to do and look out for over the next few days. He was professional and kept his distance at all times, very respectful and excellent value for money. Due to weather conditions he had to cancel Saturday but came out on Sunday, what a fantastic service. Keep up the excellent work.

We called Bentley Environmental Services having gotten a less than speedy timeframe from the council and we’re so glad we did. I had used a spray foam as it meant I could try from a distance. There was no way I was going into the attic! George was able to come out to us the very same day to deal with a wasp issue in our attic. Our 13month daughter had been stung twice in the space of 24hours. The nest was sorted from inside the attic and outside the house so we’re very confident they will be eradicated.
