Rob was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He sorted out our problem and returned each time when he said he would. His rates were extremely reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Rob was really helpful and luckily could come out the same day. We had mice in the pantry & loft, he came out 3 times to make sure they had fully gone- which they now have. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Rob from Pestbane around 1230 about a wasp nest in our wall cavity. He was with us about an hour later, and dealt with problem quickly & efficiently, for a great price. He took time to explain everything, and clearly knows his craft. I'll happily recommend Pestbane to anyone.
Following previous reviews, I contacted Rob, to see if he could call in to check whether we had a rodent visitor. Initial survey by Rob didn’t identify any access but he left a couple of things which should have identified whether there were rodents visiting. Just a few days later, Rob returned to check, but the things had not been touched. With some further information during the last week, Rob was able to identify access to a small bird, and has made the access impenetrable so our visitor appears to have been 2 legged, rather than 4!
Robs pricing is great, with visit charges working very well for us, and him I think.
I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rob first should we have any need, as his knowledgeable approach and information is great.
