Thanks so much to Steve - Shire Pest Control were fantastic. This is the second time I’ve used them and it’s because of the great and friendly service and how quickly they respond. The first time was a mouse issue over Christmas and Steve was so helpful. The second time was a mouse issue and Steve responded within 30 mins of filling out the contact form and visited within 2 hours. He was professional and immediately got to work. He was also really reassuring and supportive in both situations, which were stressful to deal with. Steve answered my phone call promptly and was able to come round the same day, initial rodent investigation, provided advice etc filled our bait boxes up and asked us to give him a call back in a week to come back, very happy with his service and would recommend Steve all day long.
